Westside Lilo's Cafe

The place is cute, I’ll give them that. Bridget the server is friendly and sweet and she is the reason why this isn’t a 1 star. We were so unbelievably disappointed.

The moment we walked in, the cashier was miserable and didn’t even look at us and just told us to sit anywhere. Should have been our sign to run. The server, as noted, was nice, even though she forgot about us a few times and service was slow. We were long ready to go.

The food was horrible. No flavor at all. Fries way, way over cooked. Burnt. No salt and no flavor besides burnt… if that’s a flavor. Chicken fingers had no flavor and were really low quality, frozen food type. I bit into them sometimes and there were hard pieces like fat or cartilage or who knows, so I couldn’t even eat it. My partner’s steak was crying for seasonings as were his green beans. He left an almost untouched salad, fries, and green beans. Brought the steak and chicken back with us for the dog.

Icing on the cake? We were 40 minutes from our hotel and my stomach was doing backflips 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant. By the time I arrived I was so, so sick

This place was great! We went around 8:30am and it was nice and quiet. It is dog friendly you will just need to sit in the patio area, so it might be chilly in the AM. Our server was prompt and friendly. The pancake was so nice and fluffy! Yum! The portions are huge so you might have leftovers. My husband enjoyed his omlette as well. Overall we were very satisfied with this little cafe.

So many pie choices, oh my, yum. The waitstaff were all friendly and down to earth types even though it was nearly time to close and they were obviously ready to be done with the workday. The restaurant is very unique and interesting in that there are tons of photos on the walls and all sorts of other fun clutter everywhere, wild animal heads on the walls and a nice little store where you can purchase Lilo's memorabilia. Very nice.

Must stop and eat! Friendly staff! Delicious food and don't forget the homemade carrot cake ! Enough to share 4 ways! Food is great and decorations are fun! Great little store inside to shop too! You wont be disappointed!

This place is a nice little find. I got burgers, and so did my friends. It was fairly priced, and tasted great. They give you a lot of food, so bring your appetite. They also have gluten free items, so thats something to keep in mind. The atmosphere is amazing, you feel like your in a movie. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The food that I expect to get from a restaurant when I go. I was happy with my meal. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious. The french dip with peppers and onions was tasty as well. The ranch dressing must be homemade. I literally wanted to drink it. The salad was cold and crisp. Would like restaurants to offer more greens like kale to their salads.

If you have the opportunity, don’t hesitate! Service is great, always with a smile and nice conversation. Breakfast was amazing, omelette 3 eggs with bacon, with 3 pancakes as a side with endless coffee….wonderful way to start a day. We decided to order the carrot cake to take away for later, good choice!

We stopped in this town to see the Cars related theme with the kids. We had a pleasant dining experience wit great tasting food and large portions. Anne was a fabulous server! We felt right at home! 👍🏻

A cool German bar literally in the middle of now where. We got the hofbrauhaus beer, potato salad & burger. The food was delicious & the service was impeccable. Best place to catch a break & a bite while you are on Route 66.

I was staying over the road at the Historic Route 66 Motel, the breakfast at the Road Kill Cafe doesn't open until 8am so over the road I went. Intending to ride to Vegas after breakfast I was surprised to find parking "for motorcycles only" the first on the 3100 mile ride. A good start followed by a friendly greeting on arrival. Excellent breakfast I was not disappointed, I'm not sure why you would eat over the road,
