Went here twice on my visit. The special lunch was a fried green tomato BLT. Delicious. Followed up with this breakfast array. I've never seen this many layers in pastry in person.
Service was fine, since you order at the counter and they then bring to the table.
I wasn't sure how or where to get napkins and utensils until I walked around and the counter that takes orders is a little busy with items and kind of awkward.
The in house bread is tops, the pimento is excellent. All the food is great from what I can tell.

Went with my dad for breakfast here recently, and had a great experience! Dad is a picky eater, so even though the menu didn’t explicitly have eggs and bacon as an entree item, they still found a way to accommodate him which was nice. I ordered the quiche- super yummy, and we both enjoyed the coffee. They also have a bakery, where we ordered sliced French bread. Perfect place to go with family, friends, or for some alone time. I hear the brunch is super popular, so I’ll have to return soon!

I had a caprese panini with fruit. The service was very fast so definitely a great place to eat at for work lunches. The food was just alright. My panini didn’t have as much flavor I was expecting, I would’ve wanted more pesto in it. It was also kinda burned on the other side. Fruit was fresh! Their soups looked good but I didn’t try one. I may go back to try other items on the menu. It was a good lunch experience overall.

Boulevard has expanded into the rest of the building at the Heights location. It may still be under construction or just cleverly designed. I had the breakfast sandwich which was great and served on wonderful bread. The interior is a comfortable place to enjoy a breakfast. Safety precautions were good and followed by the staff, so I felt comfortable.

Sandwich and the bread were very good.
On the day that I visited, their vegetable soup was too salty and tomato forward. Like a bad Progresso vegetable soup. Sad soup. To be avoided. Could have skipped the (probably) canned tomatoes cause that added a canned tomato taste and salt. Skip the soup imho.

Normally I am am a big fan of boulevards breakfast, lunch and pastries but after the events of today I will not be ordering a salad from here EVER again. I received my to go grilled chicken salad today and noticed that the dressing container was filled 1/4 of the way up. I cut up my salad and told myself I will make it work with the lack of dressing. Shortly after cutting my salad, I noticed a few pieces of mixed greens that looked like spoiled/had insect bites out of it. Now I understand that stuff happens but the food needs to be closely examined before serving. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of my lunch. My salad seems to be have made in a rush and did not receive the personal touch boulevard normally delivers.

A friend gave me a sandwich from here. It was ham and swiss and tasted great. I don't even eat deli meat like that, but the smell and look of it made me want to try it. Glad I did.

Love it here! Food and drinks are awesome! I love the bakery they have. I have never tasted anything that wasn't good. My only complaint is noticing the portion sizes changed on some things. I love the fruit platter but it has shrunk.

This is a popular Little Rock spot. I have wanted to like this place so much so that I have tried it twice. This time I sat at the bar. The food is just ok. The cocktails are standard, not inventive and pricey. They did not have 🫒 for a martini. Service was very slow. The bartender waited on several other people before us though we were there significantly before the other customers. When I went to the bathroom both were occupied. There was an intense foul odor. Another customer told me one of the bathrooms had feces and used toilet paper on the floor and soiled underwear on top of the trash can. This was confirmed by sight when the room was vacated. I went and told someone at the counter who reacted appropriately and went to attend to it immediately. I wish another customer had spoken up sooner so several of us didn’t have to experience that or that the rooms were checked more frequently. I really was impressed with how expeditiously the person I told moved to resolve once notified. Not sure that I’ll return.

Great little spot for brunch in the Heights area. We had a fun evening the night before and needed a good breakfast to help recover.
I ordered the migas and the breakfast quiche.
Migas was great and came with corn tortillas. My advice is get some hot sauce and put some on the eggs. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the home made salsa verde had a nice flavor just no heat. Overall great dish.
Breakfast quiche Lorain - hands down my favorite thing. Wish I had ordered 3.
The quiche was cooked to perfection. Not to dense or to light. The eggs were light and fluffy. The crust was buttery and crumbled with just a poke of the fork.
The wife got the breakfast sandwich which she liked. It needs some kind of sauce or mayo to pull it all together.
The fruit salad had lots of good flavor. Local honey drizzled over the goat cheese topped toast was the best part. I snuck one and threw a few almonds on it. It was amazing.
We both look forward to our next brunch there!
