The Pine Cone Cafe

This is a nice place to come, they have both indoor and outdoor seating. Good looking menus with lots of choices for breakfast. They come check on you often and fill your cup, love that. We had chicken fried steak that was nicely done. Corn beef hash was really good.

First time eating here after the change of ownership. I had the Caprese Avocado Toast special with fresh fruit. The avocado toast was so delicious!! Just the right amount of crunch on the toast, and perfect seasoning on the tomatoes and caprese topping. The fruit bowl was the best I've seen at a restaurant, with strawberries, blueberries, red and green grapes, kiwi and plum slices, with nary a cantaloupe or honeydew in sight!! They even had a sizeable slice of orange on the side, unlike the anemic transparent slices seen in other restaurants. The rest of my party praised the fluffy pancakes, delectable French toast, and a spectacular Eggs Benedict.

Friendly, patient and efficient staff, who took the time to talk to my grandfather even though they were busy.

Definitely recommend eating here, and we will be loyal return customers, for sure!!

We have been back to eat here 3 or 4 times, have brought friends from out of town and more family to enjoy the delicious food. Robin and Claire are great, so nice and friendly whenever we come in. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and a nice atmosphere. We will continue to frequent this little Cafe, it is our favorite 😁.

Our favorite breakfast and lunch place near our cabin. The food is outstanding with great service. They get it right every time. So many choices for breakfast and some the best burgers and sandwiches made to order and just as you like.

Don't let the little look at this Cafe stop you from stopping in. The plates are huge but more than that, they are absolutely delicious. The food comes from an experienced chef. They put their heart and soul into the food.

Everything is fresh and very tasty. The benedicts were out of this world. This place is awesome and the staff is very kind. Really love this place. Everything was cooked quickly. The hot chocolate is a masterpiece by itself:)

I went up there one morning and the food was delicious,and the hot chocolate was decent... To be honest I have seen better places,but acorn cafe Is good though...

The Pine Cone Café is one of those little places often missed by people headed somewhere else and this is their loss. The food is incredibly tasty and delicious, very satisfying and served in an atmosphere that reminds you of Grandma's house. The staff is friendly, courteous and there to help with all your dining needs. The specials? Well let's just say those are truly special indeed. I had the "Cinnamon Roll French Toast" breakfast and was simply in food heaven. It was that GOOD!
So if you're ever in Mi Wuk Village and want a superb breakfast or lunch, stop in at The Pine Cone Café. You won't be disappointed and will be looking forward to the next time you can come again.

A wonderful place to stop at for a tasty meal made from quality ingredients, warm service, and friendly locals. The menu has many choices. This will be a regular spot for us when in the area.

Service was great and food was delicious. Didn't have to wait long either.
