It’s a Beautiful place where you can relax after shopping and enjoy a cup of coffee. The staffs are very friendly! I think my husband will be happy that he has some place to sit and wait for me while I shop 😜 This place is for everyone and if you have their credit card you get 50% of their coffee👐
I would give more stars if items weren’t constantly out of stock and the gentleman in the beanie who works the night shift knew how to make coffee. Every time I order something from him it’s undrinkable. Please train staff properly and you will get much higher ratings and business.
Second experience. When we came before they were out of several things and blender was broken. Life happens. Today they were out of milk, vanilla and nitro cold brew just based on the drinks we attempted to order. Only drip coffee was a dark roast with 6 minute wait. While the capital one discount is nice I'll stick with Starbucks where they actually have drink options available.
I ordered coffee latte and my husband got vanilla latte but mine is super light only less than half of cup and my husband’s normal. Don’t tell me latte with foam I knew it since I have latte every day. The only reason is Im a Asian girl. DISCRIMINATION
Where do i even begin... This capital one cafe has always treated me well and this time was tremendously different.. My wife and i came into this location a few days ago and were immediately greeted by the members of capital one team whom are always so kind to us, we then walked up to the cafe portion and as we said hello to the barista behind the counter and were eyeing the menu we got a "what do you want" from bella, after her "extremely courteous" welcome we ordered our drinks. as we watched bella tell another employee to make our drinks she just sat on the counter typing away on her phone. when we received our order it was wrong.. now mistakes happen and i completely understand however, after explaining the issue with our order bella responded by saying "no thats what you got, i can ring you up again" we then obviously said noooo thank you. BUT THEN another team member jumped in and told us he would remake it right away which was so nice, can't remember his name but everyone else on staff seemed very caring. now i tend to have AMAZING service here which is why i was so disappointed this round... not every hire can be perfect so i just hope they improve training protocols or at least take away from this review we love you capital one!! for all those taking the job at hand with gratitude and taking it seriously we appreciate you.
The bank restricted one of my cards because they need some extra proofs of my identity. Yes, they need those proofs only for one card - I don't have problems with another one. No, they can't use the information from another account. I already wasted about 4-5 hours on the phone with them, I didn't want to waste more time on the phone, this is why I came here.

It’s clear the staff is generally bored and not into their jobs. The store is large and comfortable. Free wifi. Yeah. Staff does not seem to have supervision or a general direction to serve customers. Not carrying your plastic Capital One card with you? You’ll need it to receive the benefits. Too bad. :^(
The previous review was right on point about lacking professionalism. When I called to address an issue customer service representative was very passive. They indirectly addressed the issue. I even tried calling the direct # for the Roseville Cafe, it went to voicemail during operation hours.
Joseph was very Custmer service oriented. He was knowledgeable about the savorOne card and it’s use for groceries. We applied for the card and got approved. He was friendly and approachable. We enjoyed working with him.
