Love this place love the new owners great food great bar service just all around the best getaway if you need to just go away from all the drama from wherever surrounds you little town of Washington hotel is a place to go

First time staying there. Didn't even know it existed. The hotel is a blast from the past like going back to the 1880's gold rush time so be ready for that and forget about cell service (the best part for me). The bar and restaurant are great and the food was amazing. Had friends stay at the camp site as well and it was equally awesome. Rode our UTV's and visited Bowman lake. Will defiantly be coming back and in fact have already booked it.

We had a wonderful couple of days at the Washington Hotel - it's a magical place and we thoroughly recommended it. Situated right on the Yuba river, we swam in beautiful clear waters and took in the amazing views. The team are super helpful and friendly and the locals in the bar were so friendly and welcoming to their town.

Very cool old place, breakfast and Bloody Mary's were a hit!

AWESOME place in the Sierra foothills. Eating lunch on the back deck overlooking the river. Y'all will luv it.

If you need to get away, I mean no internet connection, which is amazingly relaxing. Don't get me wrong, it took a few hours to realize my phone is now a camera and flashlight. Use that camera to take pictures of the most beautiful scenery ever. Relax and explore the hotel....really explore. Best weekend ever!

The locals in Washington are so fun to hang around with, they have great stories. The town has great history. The cafe has great food. The night cook is fantastic. I hear that the Hotel is under new owners, I hope they keep the same cook, he's wonderful.

This is a great place to visit, a piece of history, rebuild in 1896 after fire. A bit out of the way, it’s an interesting town where time is slow and you can still see items from back in the day, way back. Had a very nice visit and it was very interesting to see.

Bar is fun and breakfast was good too. Awesome view from back deck of the river. Gorgeous area over all fun place to visit.
