Dutch Bros Coffee

The Falcon Dutch Bros is always full of happy folks making whatever fancy coffee drink you want, snow or shine, dark or day. Though the drive thru line may look long, it moved quickly and efficiently, and you can always park and walk up to the window as well. This winters Hazelnut Truffle Mocha is really yum, but the peppermint will remain my favorite.

I ordered two large teas, teas are good as always. the employees were very nice, Terra (not sure if I spelled that right) was greeting and helping me at the window very kindly. I know sometimes it gets too busy I have to wait quite long time but it is understandable since dutch bro is very famous. I never order teas from any other coffee franchise but I love that dutch bro have so many options.

Outstanding customer service! ALWAYS friendly, regardless of who is taking your order. We are frequent card carrying members and our order has NEVER been wrong unless we are the ones who screwed it up. My favorite place in Falcon. They come out in freezing weather when the line gets long. I just can't say enough about the amazing service. Other fast food restaurants in the area could learn a lot from them. 🥳

I LOVE dutch I go way too much…sadly this location was very disappointing. The team was great! Quick and efficient. However the drink I get all the time, my go to, 911 Cold Brew with Carmel Drizzle and 3oz of soft top was not anything like it normally is. I wouldn’t even bother leaving a review but I used 325 points for my free drink…..

Consistently the slowest Dutch I have ever been to. No outside taking orders. Pick up coffee in town until these guys get their act together.

I love there is a Dutch bros here but they really need to improve their system. 30 minutes average time for coffee. Not even food just coffee. We sit here burning through gas, which is also expensive. The line is always long because service is slow. Please consider improving your process. The people are super nice but it’s hard to want to chat when we sit there for so long.

First off I love DB coffee, just not this location! I said last time that I would never stop and get coffee here again after it took me 30 minutes to get two drinks.
I saw that there were only 5 autos in front of me. I could go to ANY other DB and I would be out of there 5 minutes or less. Not here, I was there for 15-20 minutes. The drinks tasted fine. They need to do a little house cleaning and remove the less productive personnel.

I love Dutch Bros. Delicious, giant portions, overall my favorite fast coffee place. Staff is overly but genuinely friendly which my introverted self mildly cringes at but definitely not an issue. So happy I have one so close now.

The drive-thru line has to be ordered at the window and takes forever to get through. Even getting out of your vehicle doesn't make it any faster. The staff is very friendly and try to make things fast. Family loves the drinks and food.

It literally should not take 45 minutes to order a coffee in a drive through ! Get it together people ! I’m writing this review as I’m stuck here waiting , the line wasn’t even that long - so I’m actually really confused . Save yourself the misery of being stuck in the ridiculous drive through line with no way out to ditch the line and just go to Starbucks or Dunkin because this place takes WAY TOO long. It’s coffee !!! What the heck . We will never come here again .
