Rise Up Coffee

On a recent overnight in Rehoboth Beach, my little family and I were happy to see Rise Up Coffee Roasters near our tiny house Airbnb. Starting out of a truck in Maryland, Rise Up roasts fair trade and organic coffee. Here's our experience going on a Monday morning:

1) Coffee: It's fair trade and organic. They have a full coffee menu, including decaf options. My wife and I both really enjoyed our lattes- creamy and well balanced.

2) Space: It's large with outdoor and indoor seating. The walls are decorated with murals and quotes. The restroom is decorated with pieces from old skateboards. There's even a bar inside the cafe!

3) Service: The staff are friendly and efficient. We only waited for five minutes for our coffee, despite the staff being busy with customers.

Cool coffee shop with an awesome vibe! Love the decor-very welcoming and a lot to look at. Most importantly, excellent coffee! ☮️❤️☕ Hubby was impressed with his (authentic not starbucksy) macchiato. I admit to sneaking a taste and it was delicious. I had an iced mocha and it was perfect. We were there around 9:30 am and they were pretty crowded... Get here early if you want a quiet experience. Can't wait to go back!

Always get the banana coffee smoothie there - delicious! The Happy Cow burrito is my fav for breakfast!
The place itself is awesome, space to work and/or hangout. I like the atmosphere a lot! There’s also a bar if you feel like having a cocktail instead of coffee 😊

While visiting the area, I was ecstatic to see a dog friendly cafe with vegan options. Indoor and outdoor seating are dog friendly. We chose outside though because they were extremely busy. Their hash browns were very good. They were tater tot style with herbs and very crispy on the outside.

As a vegan, i was really excited to see a vegan breakfast but unfortunately was a lite disappointed after the reviews talked it up. It was good but was lacking flavor. Adding the provided sauce made it 10x better though.

This is a nice coffee shop with good coffee and pastries. I prefer my chai tea with a more potent spice blend but the lavender gave a subtle flavor to help the tea to not be super bland. Great decor especially for the Halloween season!

I was super excited to try this place since it was favorite of my fiancée. They have plenty of options for coffee, specialty drinks, and multiple flavors/alternatives. The food menu is simple which I like. I had the rise up burrito which was delicious. Only alteration on that would be to distribute the avocado throughout the whole burrito not just the middle. Ask for 2 sauces with it you'll thank me. If you like sweet heat the Blue agave Sriracha was great with it. To drink I had an iced latte with coconut milk and coconut flavoring and it's spot on. Definitely will be back for the acai bowl next time. Only slight negative part was one of the young workers in the back got annoyed that I asked if I could get another bottle to replace the empty one outside for the customers. She may have had a rough start to the day who knows, I was just trying to help. Either way thanks for the great start to the day.

Delicious! Had the peanut butter banana chocolate espresso smoothie - wow! And the ice mocha latte was also excellent, well worth the trip. The site has parking. There may be a line but it moves fairly quick. A worthwhile visit!

Came here with my family. I got coffee and others got sandwiches and other coffee drinks. Everyone loved their drinks and meals. Breakfast burrito wrap was fantastic.

Fantastic cold brew coffee. Great place to stop for coffee or breakfast, and the shirts are really soft too! Stopped by twice on my 2 and a half day trip. Seems to be a local favorite as well. Can’t wait to come back

I love this place! You can buy their coffee there also tea. Delicious coffee. Great breakfast burrito.
