First time my family and I dinning here. The food was amazing! I ordered the blackened shrimp and grits hands down the best grits I've eaten so far. It comes with creamy cheesy grits topped with lightly blackened shrimp, chopped bacon, tomato, and scallions and a side of two eggs cooked to order and toast of your choice. The kiddos ordered 1 pancake each chocolate chip and the other blueberry good thing they only ordered one because they are as large as a dinner plate! My daughter thought the blueberries were a bit over powering; it was pretty loaded with them. But in the end she did enjoy her food. Definitely a good place to eat. I highly recommend trying this place. We all enjoyed our breakfast.
Came back a second time and was NOT disappointed! Ordered the blackened shrimp Benedict.

We had a tremendous breakfast here. The food was hot and fresh. The people were super friendly. The cinnamon roll was unbelievable.

Cute little place with a friendly staff willing to help those less familiar with items on the menu. Portions are excellent and leave you full but not to the point of pain. The flavors are bold and have a subtle balance that is sometimes difficult to achieve with a hollandaise sauce. Grits are buttery and creamy, some of the best I've had. Definitely worth a visit.

Great food, friendly staff, super good coffee, atmosphere is chill. Definitely a gem in Melbourne. Blueberry Pancakes were on point.

The food was wonderful, but service was very slow. One woman came to get our drinks to us right away but then we waited about 15 to 20 minutes before our order was taken and we were ready within minutes. The atmosphere is ok its nothing special but not completely dull either. Just a nice family restaurant setting. The red velvet donuts were fire. The country eggs Benedict was amazing and my boyfriend loved his pancakes.

This morning was the first time I've been to the Mulberry restaurant
Some friends said that this was the only place around here that makes their own corned beef hash. It was great, I had mine served with eggs sunny side up, toast and a fruit cup. The others had it with home fries.

Inside is very nice and inviting. Service was great, there when you wish but not bothering you. The bill a little pricey.
I had breakfast typical eggs bacon grits english muffin with coffee. The grits was too thick and i tried the pan toasted english muffins. Ill stick with the toasted version.. I had 2 eggs scrambled, $7.25. Additional egg was $1.75.... But the 3 egg omelet is only $7.99..... Hmm
But all in all nice place...

Mulberry Lane Cafe is a decent breakfast place. My breakfast burrito had great flavor but my wife's French toast was pretty underflavored.
Entrees: (1) Breakfast Burrito with sausage (2) slice french toast with bacon and scrambled eggs
Atmosphere/Decor: Older and pretty basic diner
Server Attentiveness: Ok
Food Wait: About average
Cost/Value: $8/entree. Good price

A super little gem kind of hidden away in a shopping center. The food is amazing, and the wait staff were super.
