My husband and I went by the cafe at 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning on 12/18. There was 2 people working and 1 customer at the register in the cafe. Both doors entering the cafe was locked. Cafe hours are 6:30-3:00. They wouldn’t answer the knocks on the door. When the customer was leaving we asked aren’t you open? The woman stated we are on a break. I guess it’s the sign of the times. People chose when they want to work.
Can't say I've ever had a good experience here. Half the time they are never open even when it says they are. The food was still half frozen when served and the pastry was stale. Never once gotten a coffee order right. Not worth the price at all! Your time is better spent going somewhere else I promise that. Plus the staff is very rude! Customer service is abysmal at best.
The woman who works here is snotty. This woman runs out of coffee and food daily and wonders why people are not happy. The decaf coffee tasted too strong and like dirt. If this is Starbucks coffee does not taste like it. But was mostly rude to not only us but rude to other customers
I walked into the westin starbucks yesterday morning to get coffee before work. there was a decent line because of the dance competition. the workers were so extremely rude to the customers and showed unprofessional behaviors. they were out of ice and milk and they spoke rudely to the supervisor and told everyone in the store they couldn’t make their drinks. so everyone in the store ended up leaving. it was a very unpleasant experience for all of the guests.
My guy must have his fancy Starbucks drink every morning or he’s a cranky pants. Luckily this place was inside our hotel and they made his Starbucks Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte with Almond Milk perfectly. Haha. Friendly staff, in and out quickly, and they also had a nice selection of breakfast goodies and other non coffee drinks.
Went to get a coffee around 12ish on a Sunday and when I went to order I didn't even get my entire drink order out before the lady taking my order turned and walked away. My drink was basically flavored milk. Terrible customer service
I always enjoy this place when I am on Jekyll Island. The women here are always nice and everything we order is always delicious. I just wish the “Corona hours” were longer than 3pm. Nevertheless, I am confident things will be different after the Presidential elections.😉
Update:
It’s Father’s Day weekend 2022. They are still closing at 3 pm. I don’t really understand why. The nice women that used to work here are gone. The people here now are just warm bodies. My daughter wanted a “matcha green tea”. The person said “they don’t sell them”. But of course they do, they just don’t want to be bothered. It’s because people no longer want to work. It’s gotten ridiculous.

No espresso machine. Lattes are machine operated. Limited choice of small pastries and fruits. Only one employee

Staff is friendly & professional. Food is just ok. Not worth $21.20. But female waitress/deserves a great trip for being so friendly.

I don't go here as often, yet when I did they were very kind and fast
