Dutch Bros Coffee

This is my favorite coffee place! The best iced coffees around! The worker always seem happy with great attitudes. So different from the big S place!

Ok so I’ve been getting Dutch at the Payette location since I moved back in 2021. And was extremely excited to know that the owner is someone who use to make my Dutch years ago. I’m giving only 2 stars when this location literally deserves none only because of maybe a handful of employees still work there. Within the past year the crew there is unprofessional, rude, and always making mistakes. I get it mistakes happen. But when I’ve been a regular for so long it shouldn’t be hard! Today I got my usual and once again was made WRONG! I even politely said I don’t think my drink was made right. The young lady who made my drink insisted she made it correctly. Again I politely said it’s a caramelizar nitro cold brew. The chocolate milk was not added nor flavor! It was straight cold brew and 3 extra shots of espresso. I really was hoping not to do a negative review but today really upset me. I will not be going back to this location unless the 3 employees that are amazing are working. Diva

Very friendly, and talkable haha, great coffee never had a bad one. Always piping hot, leaving a yummy smell of coffee surrounding the inside of my car

Usually our drinks are very good but this time we asked for light ice and they filled the cup up full with ice then put ice on the top when the drink was poured. It taste like they put enough coffee for a small, milk for a medium, and ice for a large. We were disappointed.

They were really busy. Gave us the wrong order twice. Then told us to taste our drinks to figure out which one was which. I like Dutch Bros but not impressed today. Still tipped them though.

I was headed to treatment at the Caldwell St Alphonse cancer center (I'm a stage 4 cancer patient) and stopped at the corner for coffee. The young man who took my order was very polite and friendly. He asked what my plans were so I told him where I was head....upon me telling him he handed my card back and when I inquired about signing the tab he told me "It's on us today....you just keep up your fight and not worry about anything else." At that moment I really needed to hear that....so make sure to treat those at Dutch take care of them they way they take care of us....oh yeah.... #fxckcancer

Good place to get a variety of drinks for you and the kids. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Love the owners of the Snake River Dutch Bros and the Payette location used to be my favorite location, until I found a chewed up fingernail in my drink and sucked it up through my straw, the person who went out of there way and made the drink was supposed to be the one charging my card but went to the back and made our drink for us, she also doesn’t have the best relationship with my girlfriend who was also in the car, I don’t know how this could be an accident but I’d probably choose Ontario instead of Payette unless you love the feel of other peoples finger nails in your drink 😂

Great drinks, terrible drive through changes. Changing the layout was a really terrible idea. Be Dutch not Chic.
