This was much more than we expected to find on our way home from a road trip. Small town restaurant, polite waitress, and great food. I had a skillet and the eggs were cooked correctly, lots of meat, and yummy. My son ordered an Alaskan waffle and neither is us has ever had one before so we were sure what to expect. When it came, it wasn't just pretty, but tasted fantastic! When we got home, we grabbed the ingredients we needed to make these at home this weekend. Definitely recommend.

I usually always get the hot turkey, which is always on point and super delicious! I gave 4 stars for food because they only had 1 soup of choice. They used to have 2, and one of the choices was usually a veggie or chicken flavor.
This last time it was beef something. I can't eat beef or pork for health reasons.
I did 4 stars for service based on the fact they only accept cash or check.
Long as you have cash or a check, wonderful place to eat! Nice waitresses and great food. :)

The service at this joint was very poor. being that it was busy it is understandable for it to take a bit to get to everyone in the restaurant however, when we we’re finally greeted it wasn’t with hospitality. our server made it feel like a chore to serve us. She was very rude when we asked to place our order and requested more water. When we were finally able to order our food it tasted good and the chefs did a good job. The hospitality just wasn’t there for me! Didn’t give me the diner experience I was just expecting. The restaurant was clean everywhere which was a plus but if you are looking to get greeted with a smile I wouldn’t stop by the coffee cup. But the bathrooms were impressively tidy until I did my business.

Used to love coming here but over the last couple years it's gone down hill. Ask for crispy hashbrowns and they are oily and almost raw. Service here is absolutely terrible. The taller lady with curly hair and glasses on day shift has to be the most unpleasant, she never smiles and looks miserable every time we come in. The waitress never comes by the table, we got coffee then ordered and she never came back with coffee and dropped the bill off the same time as the food. She never came by to ask if it was OK, had to go up for a to go box. They stress that you have to pay at your table but they never came back to our table once. Had to flag down another waitress and she told us she had to go get a waitress, not sure why she couldn't help when she was also waiting tables. Time and time again I'm disappointed by this place so I don't think I will return. The excuse is always "we are short staffed" or "we were busy" and 3 waitresses as well as another person to clean tables is not very short staffed and regardless of how busy, a simple "is everything ok" as they walk back to the kitchen is not time consuming. There is no excuse for that bad of service in my opinion.

Eggs were runny and tasty. Hollandaise was a light, creamy, and lemony cover over real Canadian ham slices, 1/4" thick, on correctly not so thick English muffins. All the ingredients blended so no one element was over powering. The hash browns were lightly crispy on the outside and softly warm on the inside. Probably a top 5 in my cross country travels the last 3 years.

The staff were nice, and the restaurant's setting was good. I ordered an Alaskan Waffle (had never heard of it before this), and it was big and palatable. The menu has a lot of variety too, so this is a good local business overall.

Breakfast in Princeton where all the locals hang out. Service good and fun people watching. Owner needs to take better care of building.

Kind of an old fashioned diner. When you walk in you will notice about ten locals sitting having coffee. They are there for hours and get many refills. It takes quite awhile to get your menu which is extensive. The waitresses tend to not care how long you wait at first and also extensively long waits to get your bill and to get the change from your order as this place requires cash only. Two of the times I was there the waitress made a point of letting me know she wanted all my change which in one case I left her even though it was a 60% tip. The food is average, but the buttermilk biscuits with eggs are not edible as they are so hard. The price was average. I wouldn’t go here unless you have a lot of time in your hands. Other than this the place is clean and the bathroom was immaculate.

Good food, good service and great price . With definitely go back again. And the waitress, sure made the gloomy rainy day feel like it was Sunny n bright. Real good service, all questions answered with a smile and what a smile. So if you're looking for a good breakfast at a reasonable price this is the place to go. Muy bueno. Will be trying the dinner menu next so will be back to let y'all know how the dinner is. Was my first time here but not my last.

I Have never been to this establishment before I walked in and was greeted with an older lady, completely ignoring me, because I could not find the sign that said carry out stand here below the bar, instead of asking me if I needed any help was met with complete silence from all staff and then the biscuits and gravy was not worth the money in my opinion very disappointed very rude atmosphere will never be back
