Shawn's Coffee

Traveled to Shawn!s from Plainfield today and ordered coffee/bagels and oatmeal. Everyone enjoyed the food and the coffee was hot and delicious. As good tasting as the food and beverages were the help behind the counter ( and for the most part they all appeared to be of HS age ) was very professional and attentive. The entire experience made the trip worthwhile

I love Shawn's! The bagels are great, the homemade soup is DELICIOUS and the sandwiches are very yummy as well. Highly recommend for a casual, local diner!

The worst chocolate chip cookies I have ever had. Totally underdone, and the large cookie had exactly three chocolate chips in it. The cookie was tasteless and was so bad that I couldn't decide if it had oatmeal in it or not. I would have given it zero stars, but that wasn't an option. Don't bother going to this business.

Local coffee, breakfast & sandwich shop. The bagels are fresh, with a variety of cream cheeses, sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients and delicious!

Small town Cafe. Simple food but many options thrown together without a full size kitchen (so adjust expectations). The baked goods are phenomenal! Coffee is GOOD, and worth the stop! Small place, wish they had more foot traffic so they could spruce up inside

This place is a gem and if you love bagels you've got to stop in and try them, they are the best.

Really lowkey atmosphere and extremely friendly customer service, the cookies and cream frozen coffee drink is a superb item. I’m a Dekalb resident but this place here in Sycamore will always hold a special place in my heart

I had an order that wasn't made right and I asked about it. They not only remade my sandwich for me, but the owner brought it to me personally. Very kind and caring way of doing business. I really had my heart set on that sandwich! Silly as it seems. It was my wedding anniversary, and my husband wanted to give me one day of no chores. Instead of disappointment, I was surprised and grateful for the gesture. He did not know that and went above and beyond. I am very thankful.

Spend lots of money here, it is a good place.
