Caribou Coffee

There’s never a long line during the morning rush hour. I love the Maple Waffle breakfast sandwich. The staff is all very sweet. One of the last coffee shops in that area with comfortable armchairs in their lobby. I only wish they were open later than 5 pm...

Far better service and beverages than the HyVee-owned location down the street. I wish this cafe hadn’t shortened it’s evening hours, however.

Love Caribou's coffee. The taste is simply delicious. The atmosphere of this particular location is also inviting - whether there for work or meeting with friends, or simply a day to yourself.

Staff were friendly and patient— it always takes me a while to choose my drink. My latte was delicious— some of the better coffee I have had. The space was comfortable and clean— a great spot to work on some schoolwork!

I love Caribou coffee, favorite caramel lattes, but they have the dumbest policy on take out orders. They refuse to take orders over the phone. You must order in person or in their app. I've had other coffee shops request it, but never turn away business.

Devan was very helpful and always brightens up my day. The service here is second to none and this will always be my coffee shop of choice.

Great coffee and nice ambiance in store. Big comfortable padded lounge chairs to sit and enjoy you beverage.

Caribou is my favorite coffee place. Their drinks are cheaper and sweeter than Starbucks. I 10/10 recommend the Berry White Mocha, blended is best.🙂

More often than not when I come here they get my order wrong. It is so frustrating. I order a white chocolate mocha with no whip, and receive a dark chocolate mocha, an inch of whip, a vanilla white mocha, or something else. As a Caribou employee at another location, it is ridiculous that I continue to have so many issues. I have brought it to the attention of the management multiple times and nothing has changed. Unless something drastically changes, I will no longer be going there. I would rather go to Starbucks at this point. And that's saying a lot.
