Scooter's Coffee

I feel like I should share my experience with this store. Usually the workers are super nice and I have no issues but a few days ago I came through and the worker with the name tag Alex was extremely unpleasant to me. She acted as if she hated her job and everything else in life. She scoffed at me as well which was absolutely ridiculous. I’m not sure what kind of people you are hiring these days but do better.

Always my go to spot for coffee and a breakfast sandwich to make my Fridays super special. I’ve never been in a faster drive threw!

This is a fantastic coffee shop. Way better than Starbucks honestly. I have taken my mom and brother to scooters, and they both said they are addicted to it already.

Fun and happy atmosphere. Great coffee reasonably priced

Very rude employees. Coffee tasted like butter water. Employee Alex I believe was very rude and not very accommodating to my complaints about the product I received. Young lady seemed as if she did not want to be there.

Always super fast and the employees at this location are awesome. Drinks got messed up a few times in the months that it first opened but the kinks seem to be worked out for the most part. Every once in a while they don’t put enough cream in the iced coffees. Just wish they had some more breakfast items on the menu without meat/eggs, but other than that I would def recommend :)

Coffee is good and service is quick. The food is terrible though. Ordered a burrito and a sandwich, portions are tiny and are pretty much just tortilla or bread with none of the toppings having any flavor. Decent place to grab coffee quick but definitely do not recommend food.

First, I want to say that there has been amazing improvement since scooters first opened. Workers have great customer service now, and the coffee is 100% better than when they first opened. 👏👏 Changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars!

Update: Do not get their cold brew, spent $5 for a medium. They forgot the Carmel and it tasted like coffee flavored water. Cold brew is my favorite so unfortunately it doesn't look like it will be my go to.

First time at a Scooters! Staff was friendly and helpful! I got the carmelicious iced latte and it exceeded my expectations. I'm happy with my experience and plan to give them my business! Thanks for bringing a drive through coffee shop to Fairfield!

I’ll be honest and say that, as the only drive through coffee shop in town, they’d have to serve McDonald’s to get less than 3 stars. But the coffee reminds me of Dutch Bros from Oregon! They also have good food, fruit smoothies, teas, seasonal treats. On top of that the service was helpful and genuine. I’ll be back.
