Power Café

I hope that the manager will read this review. I love to get my smoothie from this place, however everytime I go a different person makes it and of course it can vary from tasteless to super good and tasty. One day I ordered PBnJ smoothie and the lady put half banana from two servings of smoothie, one for me and another one for a different customer. Please guys keep one recepe.

Power Cafe - Not only is your menu selection fantastic, I also truly appreciate the note from today's order! I eat gluten free for dietary purposes only, not allergies. I have a friend with celiac disease, so just know this type of service is appreciated for those that do have these types of allergies. Thank you so much!

I had the worst hangover after going out and partying for the first time. I was so nauseous and like hell I was going to eat Burge food. A smoothie was the only thing that sounded good to me. I got the peanut butter yogurt one (I forget the name) but DAMN it was so good. I think it’s the only thing keeping me alive right now.

Great selection of smoothies at a reasonable price. Service is always quick. My big issue is how inconsistent the individual employees are. Depending on the day, the same smoothie could be completely liquid or nearly ice cream. It's frustrating.

Hours say open until 8. Last two times I’ve visited they were closing up at 7:30ish. That’s fine but at least update your hours if that’s the case.

4 stars because the name is misleading & we ended up going around in circles looking for tropical smoothie cafe. It was a smoothie area INSIDE the rec area.

Otherwise, the staff were very nice & accommodating as I was struggling what to order as I was ordering for our niece that was in the 24-hr dance marathon.

I can't personally review the food as we gave it to our niece.

Favorite smoothie bar in Iowa City! If you're a regular, make sure you get a punch card to receive a free smoothie after a certain number of purchases!

Too expensive and the smoothies vary depending on who makes them, but when they make then right they're 👌

Smoothies are good and the prices aren't outrageous. Service is quick, but this place can be quite busy.

Great selection of tasty smoothies for a reasonable price.
