This sweet & cute coffee shop was such an amazing little place! We stayed in Oakley on our way to Colorado, and we will definitely be back! The coffee was delicious, the pastries were decadent, and the owners were incredible. They gave us some free sausage rolls for our drive. Incredible little place! Definitely stop by here if you’re going through Oakley!

We stayed in Oakley on our vacation. We decided to get some coffee and donuts from Sunshine Bakery. The quality was excellent. We were happy to support a small bakery in a small town! I highly recommend.

Great stop for coffee and a French crueller! I wish my wife and I were able to stay and enjoy the shop more

A cute gem in this small town. Seems to be the local hangout. The staff is super friendly and there is a good variety of good. Cute indoor seating.

A decent little spot. We were originally confused because "Sunshine Bakery" is in the Daylight Doughnuts building. You just can't see that until you are standing right before the front door where they have a small door sticker with the words. No idea why Google lists them separately. The people were friendly. The food and coffee were good. Nothing amazing, but nice. $4 breakfast sandwich seemed a touch high, but they were fresh and warm. Very busy. If you are there late on a Saturday, expect them to be running out of things!

Very friendly people. Always a good choice of donuts. Very good coffee with lots of choices also.

We live in Lawrence, and have been in here twice in the past month on our way back from Colorado trips after staying the night in Oakley. Great vibe and atmosphere, family friendly, and the nicest people! This has become a tradition for us anytime we’re on the road!

Oh my goodness! Here we are driving through Kansas, and we found America in some of her best forms. We wanted some coffee and a little something to chew on, not Starbucks.
Found the Sunshine bakery on the googleys. Okay, it is just a little old gas station that makes donuts and coffee, on the surface.
Creative and inventive donuts in a fresh take on all the same flavors and mixes, but how original to come up with your own take, form and flavors.
Coffee and expresso was great, but the staff made the entire stop worth it: friendly and welcoming, kind and considerate, happy and pleased to just chat. Generous with a parting gift to tide us over on a long drive.
Stopped for coffee and found home! Nice man! You all are welcome for sure!
