I used to love coming here and looked forward to everything bagels. Over my last several visits the quality of the bagels continued to decline but yet I still came in. If your main item is bagels, they should be consistent. Ordering an everything bagel should look relatively the same each time. I tried to email but there was no email address on the website, only a contact form which I did fill out and send with no response. I could not add the pictures which I am adding now. The everything bagels looked like plain bagels and if not , came out burnt. Not sure why they were served like it.

First off, I would like to say that we were once regular customers of the cafe, but that changed after we kept receiving incorrect orders, poor service with not answering phones, and they were constantly out of ingredients. We stopped coming for quite some time, and about two weeks ago, I wanted to give them another try and was about to place an order online but i had a question, so I tried calling. I called over and over again over a span of 20+ minutes and never received an answer, so I gave up. I then gave them another chance today, and am now even more disappointed and really have no desire to return. First, despite me placing an order for two items, I had to go to both stores separately, which is no big deal but a bit of an inconvenience, and there should be some better way to coordinate things. Upon receiving my order, my $13 acai bowl looks absolutely disgusting and half empty. It looks like everything was literally thrown into it and there is barely any acai. The bagel was delicious as usual, but this is ridiculous, especially for $20. I’m not one to complain, but this is absurd and i will not be returning.

First time at Kismet Go. Tried the açaí bowl and the Buddha bowl. Delicious! Thankful to have this healthy option in the burg!

One of my favorite places in the area for delicious healthy food! So many things to choose from. Very flavorful and great portions. Baked goods are not something I usually gravitate toward when I go out to eat as they typically taste "fake"..no other way to describe it...but their baked goods seem to all be home made and are incredible! Their black bottom cup cake is the bomb!
They have gluten free options as well. The atmosphere is very relaxing, cozy, friendly and clean. The manager, Max, has the customer service thing down! He is super personable and very exacting on making sure your order is perfect.
We checked out their other business next door that is for the extreme healthy conscious eater that we will check out next!

First time here. The person that took are order….he took time to give us suggestions. The bagels are a must….love the garlic bagel with homemade herb cream cheese. Get there early cause the garlic bagels run out fast. They made me a decaf chi tea frozen that was awesome. Recommend for a cafe feeling. Then hubby went back and got a second bagel that just came out to oven. We are coming back again!

The food is so good and made with care. If you can spare 40 minutes on a busy day, it's worth it. Unfortunately, you don't save any time with online ordering because they do make mistakes. And time is just not something I have a lot of in the mornings so it will be a while before I return.

2/19/2023 - 7 months later
I made an online order the night before for pickup at 7:45 (the earliest one can make). I arrived at 7:39, order wasn't ready, but I'm next in line.
7:46 - I got a text my order is ready. But they're still working on the bagels.
7:49 - bagels are done and they thank me for my patience and stare at me, wondering why I'm not leaving. When I ask about the drinks in my order, they realized there are hot drinks in the order and start them.
7:55 - my order was complete

They apologized, but I didn't have it in me to say this happened the last time I tried online ordering and that's why I haven't gone to the store for breakfast in over 6 months.

I did have lunch with a friend there a couple weeks ago when I could afford the time and everything was fine. Just only go if you have time to spare and then some.

Just found a clump of powder at the bottom of my chai; not happy about that.

I ordered breakfast catering for our local elementary school staff and it was super easy. Delivery was excellent. All of the food was fantastic and everyone enjoyed! They even went above and beyond for specific dietary restrictions. Highly recommend using them for any large breakfast event. Thank you so much!

Amazing bagels and coffee, free wifi, indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff. Free parking. I recommend and will return. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wish we had a local spot like this for breakfast. The bagel sandwich I had was good as well.
