After seeing a lot of great reviews about The Vintage Cafe, I decided to try it out for breakfast. Unfortunately, my experience was not good.
Service was great, the team was very friendly and you could tell they were hustling. That's really the only reason I have two stars because the service was good.
But the food was pretty bad. I ordered the eggs Benedict. First, the food was cold. Not warm, not room temperature, but legitimately cold. The egg was clearly microwaved (and you could hear the microwave *ding* in the cafe which is never great to hear at a restaurant). The hollandaise was WAY too greasy, and you could see all the grease. I don't know if it was too much butter or they tried cutting with oil. Finally, I don't know if the English muffin was toasted at all.

Good sandwiches and location near downtown Hudson. We got takeout and were impressed by the quality of the ingredients and flavors in the sandwiches. Would love to go back and try their coffee and breakfast in the future.

Great place! Very comfortable and, true to the name, "vintage" inside. The two ladies working the coffee bar were great and very kind. Got a couple espressos, latte, and shared a bagel. Played a game of backgammon in some comfy chairs by a gas fireplace.

There breakfast is amazing. My brother came from Colorado to visit and wishes that they had places like yours back home. Absolutely loved your cappuccino

Vintage Cafe's attention to detail and abundant care for their customers really shows, which is why this is my favorite cafe in Northern Mass.
The Hospitality absolutely floored us. Greeted with a friendly good morning in from behind the counter, followed by quick service made this place an instant favorite I will be excited to return to.
We ordered:
Mocha Latte - In a Mug
Banana Bread - Two slices beautifully toasted a butted
Waffles - made fresh
Chicken soup - served warm in a tureen.
The Atmosphere:
Gorgeous eclectic ambiance with antique cameras and devices shelved around the cafe. Plenty of couches, leather chairs, stools, high tops and large wooden tables. This place is perfect for anyone from an early riser looking for their quick fix to a busy college student looking for a place to work to a casual passer-by hoping to find a nice cafe to read in.

There isn't enough good word to describe this gem on the east edge of downtown Hudson. The proprietors are friendly, the food is varied and fantastic. Breakfast 'til noon y'all! Drinks are to the brim and served just the way you like them (because they ask you). But the atmosphere is off the charts! A couch, comfy bucket chairs, wood tables for two and others for a group or large family. The artwork on the walls are pleasant but not crowding you. Come and enjoy the place actually worth the time to get to. Cheers.

This is a small coffee joint in Hudson. It's walking distance from most everything in the Main Street area. The drinks are good and service is friendly. There is plenty of comfy seating. They also have ice cream, pastries, and light snacks. Recently they have added lunch and breakfast food. It's my go-to spot for coffee in Hudson. They recently updated the interior cosmetics, so it's much brighter and more welcoming.

This is a must go to place for delicious food, coffee that’s just right and people who are great at customer service. Fresh fruit, Avacado toast that didn’t last long enough to photograph.
