I like Biggby, but the prices in comparison to similar places are outrageous. The service at this location is always painfully slow, drive thru or inside. And now they ask each time if you want to add a tip to your payment, which I understand they’re just trying to get what they’re working for, but it’s really uncomfortable and makes you feel like you have to say yes because you’re an a$$ if you say no.

There's nothing wrong with the service at this location, and the menu isn't bad. It's Biggby as a whole that holds it back, the prices are a little out there especially considering the competition in town. If you're in a hurry and need a drive-thru though, it's your only option. Save your coupons when they send them, or check for BOGO offers before going in.

Just this morning got a latte with extra pumps of flavor. Got charged almost $9. Why? I have NEVER been charged extra for added pumps of flavor. The drink I received didn't even taste like they made it correctly anyways. So the upcharge was for nothing, then?
There's one particular person that gets my order wrong somewhat frequently. I think they might be new, so that's understandable that they need learning time etc. But you could confirm with the customer what their order is first.

Oh my gosh. Let me begin by saying We Are A Biggby Loving Family! And for thw most part, we find that to be true at all Biggbys. I'm not sure I'd this was an off day or typical of this particular store, but it was awful. I ordered an iced black coffee and my daughter got a bagle with cream cheese. She was the first to be disappointed. (She is a teenager so it doesn't take much in the way of bagles to impress her) and she said right away that it was terrible. I didn't really understand how you could make a bagle and cream cheese terrible so I kind of dismissed it. Until I tried my coffee about 20 minutes later. It was so awful that I actually took a second drink just to be sure I wasn't imagining things and then dumped it out. I didn't even think I could save it with some doctoring. Wasn't even willing to try. I get this is a duper long post over some coffee, but hope that helps you understand how disgusting the entire experience was. Thumbs way down!!

The drinks were great and made as I ordered. They were also done in a quick manner even though there was a decent line. I had at least 5 cars ahead of me and was still in and out pretty quickly. Will go back to this lication.
