BIGGBY COFFEE

Love the variety of drinks offered! There is something for everyone even if you don't like coffee. The staff was pretty quiet, but not rude. Drinks were ready promptly and were done right.

The lattes have been, in some cases, no more than warm, sweet milk. It's very disappointing. This has always been my favorite store and will make purchases 2 or 3 times a week.

I love my Biggby and never had an issue with customer service till this location. They ripped me off on my espresso shots. Since I can only have 2 since I'm pregnant, I've been giving my 3rd one to my husband so it doesn't go to waste. No biggyby in Michigan has ever given me an issue about it till there. They wanted to double dip and charge me for what I already paid for. They throw it down the drain so why not just add to my other coffee, it's not rocket science. They said no they have to charge and it doesn't go down the drain. But yet as I watched them make it and thats exactly what they did. Also the female making my coffees was using her bare hands to wipe access coffee grinds instead of the apron. I don't think that's sanitary. Should have health dept check them out. Glad I didn't order my bagel I was craving since they got my blood pressure rising.

Im a regular at this location, there are multiple team members (Eric & Andrea,) who have my order memorized and ring it up for me right when I walk into the door. When I pull in, the employees wave at me before I even enter the building. They always ask how I am, how my day is going, and what my plans are for the day! The atmosphere is amazing and the employees are absolutely the best part of my experience every time. I set aside their tip money every week as a bill for my budgeting, that’s how consistent and great they are. No Biggby will ever compare to this one!

my coffee is always made just the way I request it. luckily the coffee is good and the only thing keeping me coming back, because the vibe is dead when you walk in. everyone looks and sounds miserable. nobody says hello, nobody smiles or even makes eye contact with you. just very boring dreary people sadly.

I was in Owasso camping and wanted a coffee, I already love Biggby but the people here were super sweet and seemed as if they actually wanted to be there. Thank you for a great coffee!!!

Been going there since moving here December of 2019. I drink/buy for others alot of coffee and lattes..

The only reason we’re not giving 5 stars is because of the cashier. As a previous cashier trainer at a chain wing joint myself, I was absolutely shocked at how rude she was. Eyes rolling, bad tone, the works. (Yellow shirt, short brown hair in a ponytail with a black cap, and glasses working around 11am on Saturday 9/18.) I figured she was having a bad day, or maybe there was something off-putting about my mom and I as we ordered. But she spoke to each person after us the same way. Not cool. The drink was great, but we won’t be recommending this location.

When you order thr exact same drink every time you go to biggby and when they hand you your drink and you know it doesnt look how it usually looks so you question them and they say oh no its made right when you know it isnt so you take the drink and them get in your car and drink it amd yupp not made right for the win!! 0 stars!
