Caribou Coffee

I'm a clearwater resident and I rarely come to this Caribou anymore. But when I do its nothing but poor service everytime! And I hear the same thing from others. Not building a good reputation at all. As I'm writing this, I'm sitting in the parking lot, watching my wife go through drive thru in our other vehicle. I Been sitting here for 20 to 25 minutes watching her wait to place her order. Haven't even got her order placed yet!!! While there is one car at the drive thru window getting their order. Like this is not even close to what busy is. It is a complete chore everytime getting coffee at this place. Since you guys are the only coffee place/drive thru in town, I would of expected better service. That hasn't been the case since the beginning. Yet again poor service continues here.

I've attempted to get a Nitro here multiple times a week for 3 weeks and have been turned away because the machine was broken. Went today and heard them whispering in the background then was told its being washed. I asked if I can come back in 10 minutes and they said it won't be done. I then asked if I could come back in 20 and was told " You can try." This seems ridiculous, if they don't want to make drinks they shouldn't work here. That simply

Stopped on the way to the cabin, I ordered a turtle mocha and it was amazing. Lately at other Caribous they have not tasted good and today it was so good.

On my 30th birthday I stopped in to get a coffee, Google said they offered a free drink on your birthday. When ordering with Kristen I asked about this deal she said, "only if you have an account" can you get the freebie. I said, no problem, and finished my order. After sipping my coffee in the sitting area she began inappropriately mocking my question "can you believe she walked up and expected a free drink? If that was the case you could just go around to every caribou getting free drinks". I'm a 30 year old, full time working mother, I promise I'm not spending my birthday running around scamming Caribou coffee establishments. INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional.

First time in this location. The staff is fun and friendly. I had an ice coffee and a breakfast bagel. The bagel was hot and fresh, I love'm. Great place to go!

I only went once and never again. I asked them to remake a drink because I asked for an iced matcha but they took my order wrong and made it hot. Told me it was my mistake and would have to buy a new one if I wanted it made the way I asked in the first place.

I'm very happy to have a coffee shop in Clearwater now. I've been here several times now and it's always been a nice experience - friendly staff and good coffee.

Iced and hot matcha are standard 2% please stop using coconut milk without double checking. Some people get sick when using the wrong milk.

Service was good. Store was empty when I went but it was spotless. Baristas were kind.
