Had a hard time deciding off the menu, employee Ashley (later found out she's the manager) made a great recommendation based on what I like & offered light ice since I had mentioned I didn't like a lot of ice lol
Every step of the way she was attentive and friendly, and even in a 5 minute or shorter interaction I felt well served! Also, the drinks here are always consistent whenever I order. Definitely a great place for a quick stop and a great cup o coffee.

Giving 2 stars, my cashier seemed a bit intimidated and didn't even ask any question. The service was fast but my drink details were pretty much ignored and wasn't constructed correctly at all. As a former employee at this location all i have to say is; do better.

It's great. But the music is often too loud and the personnel will not adjust it down.
Also they did away with mango tea which was awesome and replaced it with a black organic which is barely passable.

I've had one of their tins of mints from a friend for years (mints were awesome and they don't have them now) so finally made it to Minneapolis myself, had to try out their coffee. I'm not a connoisseur by any means, but after walking around the city a flavored coffee was a great choice!! Loved the wood ceiling!

I always have a wonderful experience at the good ol' 'bou!! Love it here. I sometimes think that as far as hot coffee, I tend to prefer Starbucks, but with the frozen, blended and cold drinks (ESPECIALLY IN SUMMER!!) Caribou takes the cake. Not just the blended coffee drinks either, coolers I think they are called? But, their fruit smoothies are incredible as well! Thank you to 'bou, and your always friendly and accommodating staff ;)

Very rude staff. Terrible customer service. Find a better location. Also bad at counting gave me the wrong change and when I told her the change was wrong she snapped at us.

We bought pastries and asked for water and we were told that they didn't offer water and we had to buy the water bottles for $2.50... like honestly, why would I waste $2.50 here when I can get for free water from another store... by far, worst caribou coffee place ever. I go here pretty often and have asked for water before and was givened it with my purchase, this one encounter has caused me to never go to this caribou ever again. The barista was rude about it too. Some of the baristas are friendly but some of them are just plain rude.
