Ordered a ham egg n cheese croissant. Anna who works the counter was extremely rude about it when we were given a ham and cheese croissant. Rather than get us a new sandwich like we ordered, she was rude and said that’s what we ordered. Very disappointing. No southern hospitality at the roasted bean when dealing with Anna.

The roasted Bean is the newest thing to us and we'll definitely be remembered. we were initially Starbucks fans but I got to tell you we were pretty amazed. The place is definitely festive and the customer service is awesome. be sure to save your receipt for the day so you can get a refill free of charge. There may be an additional fee for shots etc.

Amazing Staff and AWESOME Customer Service!!! The Coffee is Greeeeeaaaat!!! Especially since all the Refills are FREE ALL DAY (as long as you have your receipt). The atmosphere is exactly the right tone for a chill out spot to just sit back and enjoy the moment!!!

Excellent place..great coffee. Dessert..they offer alternative milks.free refills all day..just wondering if there are other roasted bean chains throughout country..would like to know..MGM DEFINITELY needs to replace all there coffee places in Vegas with these. As Starbucks is HORRIBLE!!!

We have been coming here since the Cafe opened up. Everything before pandemic was spectacular! I understand that now it is difficult to find experienced staff, but omg... The bad attitude, lack of knowledge and unwillingness to assist was overwhelming, and if not for Drake - we would have left! Drake helped us 2 days in a row from providing needed info to putting the order together to cooking to working the register, while two other employees just stood there and the third one, who was slowly moving crumbs from one side of the floor to another... Drake is amazing and deserves a raise!!

Ok just bragged about service in hotel. But lady was rude and short at the counter of only coffee shop open in the Beau Rivage. But it really doesn’t matter bc she’s probably the only one who showed up for work so she can do like she wanna
