Get to the counter 2 workers behind counter working a male and female. Make was busy helping customer. Female took us, she burped loudly when we walked. She was on her phone with it face down on counter and you could hear people on it. We thought the candy was on sale. She grabbed her phone and walked over, we did not have the right candy for the sale. She sat her phone upside down on counter.. she was just rude

Giant sign next to the sodas says something along the lines of "any size soda $1 if you scan your rewards card." I scan card and soda, and my credit card. Afterwards I notice the drink rang up for 1.75 and the lady says that's the price. I pointed at the giant sign that says "$1", and she refused to look at the sign or acknowledge the credit I'm owed. I am instructed to "call corporate if I want my 75¢ back." No thanks, I'll just never come back. Just glad they didn't get me for $5 or $10 like some people on here.

Disgusting bathroom. Toilets wouldn’t flush. Seat broken off one with waste in it & the other was full, one in the back had puke next to it and was gross.. Absolutely filthy. Soap inoperable and only one working sink. There was puke on the floor and back bathroom sink was broken off the wall on the floor. 🤢

They started out top of my list. The station continues to disappoint.... Saturday night. 1024 p.m. and the doors are locked.

Pumps are broken. All 16 of them apparently. It's always something with this dang place. Not enough workers so they lock the doors. Pumps are down. It's ridiculous. There's another one in Atlanta on Delk Rd. that is forever pulling the same stunts. I guess it's starting to trend with the while franchise now. Unfortunate since this is usually my favorite types of gas station. Just go north under the interstate there's a circle K that looks sketchy but is always open. Never has pump issues and the people are friendly. It's 0.2 miles north from this RaceTrac.

Prepaid cash for $20.00 on pump #15. The cashier set the pump for $15.00. I went back in store and asked for my $5.00 and was treated rudely. The cashier stated it would go back to my card and proceeded to assist another customer. No ma'am I paid cash. She acted as if she believed I was lying. I asked for a manager but one was never called. I was given my $5.00, but the level of service was shameful. If she did it to me how many other people have lost money and fuel on prepay..

Great little stop when is actually open. I try to stop on the way to work for coffee or drinks but find that the doors are unlocked about 10% of the time between 4-430am. Either open the doors or adjust your time so people don't have to waste time trying to stop here.

The morning crew is THE BEST!!!! The ladies are always friendly and creating a fun atmosphere in the building. The young lady that cashiers amazed me how fast she checks out customers!!! This is my overall favorite gas station on the coast. The pizzas are always delicious and fresh. I cannot recommend this location more!!

Not 24 hours! At 5:45am doors are locked employees telling customers they are closed…
