Broken Cup Cafe

I ordered 2 grilled chicken salads and the super nice girl came back and said “hey we only have enough chicken left for 1 salad, can we do breaded instead?” and me already have paid $23 said “sure.” Thinking that enough chicken for 1 salad would actually be enough chicken for 1 salad I receive this. Like there were literally 3 maybe 4 of the tiniest little crumbs and I was thinking “maybe it’s under the lettuce and it fell through” but this picture is exactly what I received. And the breaded salad was just the packaged Tyson type chicken that is heated up… I mean I try to shop local but this is why I stick to larger businesses…

We LOVE this little coffee shop/deli!!! Great sandwiches and desserts and coffee! Peoe we meet were absolutely wonderful and fun to get to know!!

Girls didn't bring my gifts r card to table i had to adk for it someone could have stolen my card we were n there at 2:39 in Thursday not very friendly

Great and cozy little place. The sausage balls and sausage, egg and cheese on sourdough were absolutely perfect! They, also, had several different kinds of merchandise for sale. We didn't have the time to sit and eat there but, if I'm ever back in town I would definitely come to sit, relax and read a good book. Atmosphere is comforting.

UPDATED - I am upgrading them to 5 STARS. This is the 2nd time I ordered for delivery, and my only complaint was I didn't receive a fork the first time. This time they sent me 2, and they sent me a large salad when I ordered a small. I won't complain! The BLT was excellent, the potato salad was delicious. Great job! You have a loyal customer in me!

Great place. They made a good Americano. Signage wasn't good and hard to find. I called and they helped me find them. A nice quiet place to relax while driving through.

Great selection of sandwiches and salads. I didn't try the coffee on this trip, but they have a large selection of different coffees.
They also sell beautiful pottery made by Fingerprint pottery in Pontotoc, MS.
Very casual atmosphere. A good place to gather with friends.
The service was good, but they weren't very busy on the Wednesday around noon when we visited.

The food and coffee are great. The pimento cheese is some of the best I have ever tried! The owner is very nice and helpful and is always willing to answer questions. She is usually there when I come in. I would give a complete 5th star, but I have to say one the young girls she has working for her is very rude every time I've had to interact with her. I worked in the food industry for 10 years, and I realize that it can be frustrating and customers can be even more frustrating. However, when I'm being as polite as I possibly can, and you are acting like I'm an inconvenience to even be ordering, short attitude, no friendliness whatsoever, often I will stop being a customer regardless of how good the food is. I continue to come because the owner has been very sweet and welcoming every time I have seen her. I realize this girl may be family or close friends with the owner, but please be mindful of the attitudes your employees give off. Because if my very first interaction would have been with her, I promise that I would not have given Broken Cup another try because of a bad first impression.
