Food was absolutely great, staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices are very good and the amount of food will keep you coming back for more.

The staff was very accommodating with our crew of nine. The homemade food was amazing! My grandson said two ham and cheese sandwiches cuz they were so good. Love the homemade cheesecake!

Bovina Cafe is a hidden gem right off the interstate easy to get in and out. Would truly recommend a stop here. This meat and three also has homemade desserts and also hot sandwiches to order. Clean place, and a nice staff, and the food was fantastic. Meatloaf 5 stars. Go for a visit price is good too. You can have a drink, dessert, meat and 3 sides all for 12 bucks!!! What a deal.

Maybe the lunch is way better than the breakfast and that is why people like this place. We ate breakfast there and honestly the food was not that good. I am not wanting to be mean but the reviews had me believing that this breakfast would be better than the one at the Comfort Suites in Vicksburg. It was not. Cheap bread and cheap American cheese for the breakfast sandwich and limp waffles. My eggs were over cooked when I ordered them sunny side up. It was not a busy morning either. I just don't think the breakfast is worthwhile here. The people were friendly and that is why I am not giving it a one-star.

The food here is wonderful and it's a very good deal...the plates are priced very fairly because you get to pick your main course, two sides, corn bread or a roll, a salad, a drink and a dessert, all for only $9.00! If you've never stopped in this little cafe off of the Bovina exit just inside of the Warren County line, then be sure to make a point to do so. It will be well worth it. You'll be more than satisfied and eager to return. Note, the hours are from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday-Saturday and I believe they're going to start serving supper on Friday evenings now.

I got a big carry out plate but everything was very greasy, from squash to meat loaf , sweet corn , macaroni and beans,the corn bread wasn’t all that good, tea and cake was ok, maybe I went in there on a wrong day where some one was cooking very heavy in the grease.I spent 12.00 didn’t enjoy my meal on the 10/5/2021.I had to throw my plate away cause I have to watch my health.I am not big I am 5’8 weight 171 I am 44 just trying stay healthy.I did take a bite of everything it’s good but just loaded with Greasy.I hope they read this comment so they can lay off the grease so heavy .I try again one day to see have it change,If not I will definitely take a picture to show next time and Just don’t go no more.

So difficult to eat healthy on the road! Hearty and simple Southern food prepared and served in a no-nonsense way. The sides were especially delicious—from the sweet potatoes to the mustard greens to the black-eyed peas. So worth it!

if you want to step back to a simpler time, then this is the place to stop. This is a no frills place that I am glad we stopped at. Breakfast choice was a platter or a sandwich. The food was delicious. We enjoyed listening to the local hunters who sat at the next table planning their day. We wished we had driven by for lunch as the options on the board looked to be great!

Hit the spot. Had a mess of fried catfish and 3 veggies and salad and cornbread and dessert and tea for lunch. All for $10 (tax included). Would have been 5 stars if corn and green beans had been fresh instead of canned. Great value. Nice staff.

If you are looking for a place with mama's cooking then Bovina Cafe is the spot to choose. Serving breakfast and lunch from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The price for breakfast is five dollars and lunch is twelve dollars, but be prepared to bring cash or check because they don't accept debit or credit cards. The quantity of food is crazy compared to the price. Breakfast includes two eggs, one meat, grits, a biscuit or toast, and a drink, and the best thing about it is all that food for $5! I enjoyed the environment and the employees that work there are excellent. If you're near the area I would highly recommend this little spot right off the Bovina exit net Vicksburg.
