FRESH Healthy Cafe Cape Girardeau

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with kind and friendly faces. They help you navigate through a diverse and delicious menu, not to mention that every option is nutritious and free from preservatives and added sugars.
I am so pleased with how they offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, AND snack options so you can visit any time of day. The drive-thru is SO nice when in a time-crunch and the outside patio is perfect for the beautiful fall weather outside!
I am a fitness trainer so it’s very important to me that I make mindful dietary choices to fuel me through my days with clients and recover from my own workouts. Fresh is the perfect place to go for a post-workout protein smoothie or meal.
Definitely a MUST visit!

Absolutely loved it! I got the green lemonade, açaí bowl, and protein cookie. All of them were great — but the açaí bowl was my favorite! They all had great flavor, which made me happy since it was all natural and healthy ingredients. Service was great; I ordered curbside pickup and the girl who delivered my food was very friendly. Definitely will be coming back again!! Thank you:)

I come there often to get my favorite avocado dream smoothie. Everybody’s always friendly, but there is one girl that sticks out because she goes above and beyond. Her name is Torianna, She is very knowledgeable about the restaurant and all the different choices they have to offer. I have managed restaurants for years and she is exactly the type of person I would want working for me!! Great customer service, always smiling, smiling and such an amazing positive attitude!

Service is great and the food is delicious and healthy! The Veg Buddha bowl is incredible! I could eat it every day. The Açaí Mega Berry Super Smoothie is ridiculously good. I can’t believe it’s a super food and healthy! Love it!

Ordered a Mediterranean salad $13 and a green tea on 02/18/23 and gave them a $2 coupon. Somehow it came up to $20 and some odd cents.
I was waiting for the receipt that I thought would come with my order.
After waiting a few minutes, the worker asked what my drink was and it it was a green tea smoothie. I said No, just a green tea and he looked surprised.
They got me a green tea and my salad and handed me the bag. No receipt.
I didn't have the time nor the energy to figure out how a salad and a tea came up to over $22.
If a regular old plain green tea is not the price of a smoothie and they knew I was charged for a smoothie they should have done the right thing and gave me a refund of the difference. But they didn't.
So, either this place is even more ridiculously expensive than I thought it was or they don't mind sticking it to their customers when they make a mistake. And I didn't even get a bag of chips or anything. Either way, not a great experience.

First time and will definitely return! Staff is very nice and helpful. We ordered panini sandwich meals with salads and tea. We also ordered smoothies and energy bites to go and they were so good!

A delicious variety of truly healthy menu items are found here. I was so happy to eat at Fresh Healthy Cafe while visiting Cape G. Thank you for keeping it real!

I came here for breakfast the other day and it was delightful! My breakfast wrap hit the perfect spot! Make sure to grab a snoothie too! Yummy!!

So happy Fresh Healthy has a location outside the hospital! The indoor and outdoor spaces are so inviting. A great place to get your fruits and veggies in a yummy way! Let’s show support and help them take off. These are the type of businesses needed in this crazy unhealthy world.
