Capital One Café

I've had a Capital One checking account for about a decade now and I've always been very pleased with them. So happy that they have a capital one cafe in KC now! Amazing atmosphere and can't beat 50% off for being a capital one customer. IF YOU BANK SOMEWHERE ELSE I SUGGEST MOVING YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT HERE. Oh yeah I forgot to mention the ATM machine dispense 1's, 5's and 20's, which is really nice.

Drinks: My friend and I ordered the matcha vanilla latte and it was super delicious and refreshing. We also got 40% off of a Large for using our captial one card which was a steal.

Place/ Atmosphere: This place is perfect for studying or hanging out with friends. I loved the ambiance of this place. It kind of reminds me of a Korean cafe with the aesthetic. They also offer meeting/studying room for a party of 8. All you have to do is reserve online.

Service: The service was amazing. Shay is one of the workers there and she was very kind to give us a tour of the building and even offered us a free capital one tumbler. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new spot to hang or study.

Love the vibe in here! So welcoming and cozy. Shay is so nice and helpful. Our first visit, we got free coffees! They said we get 50% off the drinks everytime for being a card holder which is legit and the coffee is amazing too. I definitely will be hanging out here more often! Feels VIP!

Clean and open space where you can work or meet friends. Their friendly workers won’t pressure you to open an account with them, just like their website advertises. They serve Peet’s Coffee and will punch the Peet’s coffee card.

Just sharing because I was impressed for a second time from Michael, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome here. Great, quiet study spot for students using a capital one card to save on coffee. The place also has good lighting, tables, power outlets. Perfect for a rainy, lazy day when I needed to get work done!!!!

Michael's energy is contagious! He oozes positivity and has an energetic yet calm demeanor. This place is so cozy, comfy and welcoming. The coffee is great! I had the Horchata Oat latte and it was fantastic.

If you’re a capital one card holder, this is the best cafe for you. You will get 50% off which is amazing considering today’s prices. The cafe uses Peet’s coffee which is the only one you can find in the KC metro. There are an ample amount of tables and it is incredibly clean.

This place is incredible and I'm so glad I discovered. As a cardholder I get discounts on coffee in a wonderful quiet get away. I can also get help on my account if I need it. Kaniya (not sure I spelled that right) was so welcoming! Even if you aren't a customer you should come in and enjoy the atmosphere!

They do not alert you if a payment was not accepted- but continue to build up your debt. They will close your account and will not allow you reopen a new one to rebuild your credit; while all the while they are hurting your credit score.

Great coffee shop and 50% for Capital One customers. The staff was very helpful and courteous specially Shay she was very welcoming and offer us free beverages on our first visit.
