I ate lunch in this restaurant in summer of 2022. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. I might add that this is not a fast food restaurant. They prepare your meal after you order it. It arrives fresh and delicious!
Always perfect. The food is phenomenal. Lots of different menu options to choose from including daily specials. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday except Tuesday and Sunday and they are only open for breakfast and lunch on those 2 days. You will never be disappointed and if you leave here hungry that's your fault..the plates are full...the employees are wonderful and the owner is amazing. If you live close by or just passing through on a trip..give this place a chance...you will leave happy.
Stopped in to this cute little Cafe, and enjoyed a delicious order of corned beef stack with a waffle. Waffle was perfectly crisp on the outside, and delicious. The Corned beef stack was even better. The gals that took our order were so nice, they even had Cholula salsa. I had sweet iced tea to drink, that was cream on top. The restaurant is clean, and smells nice. I'm glad we stopped in here. I'll be back when passing through here again. Cheers, Adrian
Let me say the owner woman is wonderful. The first day we went there my husband and I both had the Philly. Kisses to the cook. It's really good. Breakfast I had the loaded biscuits and gravy. Again, kisses to the cook. The biscuits are really good. Next was a dinner meal. I ordered the chopped patty, mashed potatoes and a loaded baked potato. My husband and uncle did the spaghetti and meatballs. Both of their meals were cold. Ice box cold. Had fettuccine noodles. No meat in the sauce with 3 previously frozen meatballs. Our waitress took them back and brought them back with boiling sauce. Apparently microwaved long enough to have the sauce boiling minutes later. In a bowl. My gravy was thick and cold. Potatoes were cold but who doesn't love cold mashed potatoes? Not a big deal. My loaded baked potato was tiny. Had a few sprinkles of cheese. Not exactly "loaded" My biggest issue was our waitress kept touching my husband. At one point, her whole forearm and hand was resting on his shoulder. I pulled his chair away from her so that she would kindly get the hint to get her hands off of my husband. He just looked at me with the look of fear in his eyes because he didn't know what to do. She still continued to touch him and brush into him. Reach over him to hand others food when she had a clear path on the other side of the table. I'm not sure why she felt at any time that it was acceptable behavior. Especially considering he's obviously married and she did have a wedding band on herself, nor was he giving her any signals that it was okay. We were visiting family and it was the first time we had even seen this woman. I did not witness her do this to any other person in the place. Only my husband. I've never been put in that position in the time I've been married to him so I didn't quite know how to respond and neither did he. I hope she sees this and counts her blessings that I did not know how to respond to that behavior, because I truly did not wish to humiliate my family in public.
Food is definitely good. May have just been one off night.
Keep an eye on your spouse so he doesn't get molested. Unfortunately. I'm serious.
We came for dinner New Year’s Day and had such an amazing meal. The server was so friendly and helpful with questions we had. The biscuits and gravy was very delicious. Also a filling meal for a great price!
Just left a plate of food. Ordered a veggie omelet add Spinach. Came out, no spinach...sent it back with a request for cheese to be added too. Waitress came back to tell me they are out of fresh spinach...OK, good to know...would have been nice to be let know in advance but stuff happens, no big deal. She brings back plate...a slice of American cheese had been torn in half and thrown on top. OK, not visually appealing or appetizing but OK. Next up...canned mushrooms...my bad l usually ask first and didn't this time. Waitress asked if everything was alright and l told her not really but it would be ok. By then my husband was halfway done...so once again, my choice. I made it through 3-5 bites and left the rest. I did not expect a free meal but a couple of dollars off would have been great. Stuff happens, l know that and we will certainly give 11 Point another try.
I generally don't like to leave a negative impression on any business, but, all I can say is, I know where I *won't* be returning to patronize this establishment. From the moment I sat down, it would appear that I must have been wearing a sign that said "avoid if possible." Although the place had only 3-4 tables of customers, virtually empty, I must have waited at least a full 10 minutes for someone to come over and give me a menu. I was friendly and very polite. I wanted to give this fairly new establishment some business. My order was easy; an omelet and pancakes. Once I received my order, at no time did anyone working there come over and ask if everything was ok. No table check whatsoever. When I was done, and the lady came to take my plate, there was absolutely no verbal contact whatsoever; she didn't even look at me, she was looking somewhere else and just scooped the dish off my table and kept going. I did see her asking every *other* table how they were doing, just *only* not mine... I wasn't asked if there was anything else that I might want, I sat there for about 20 minutes waiting....after no one asked if I was done or if I wanted my check, I finally got up and just payed for my meal and left. The overall impression I received was a very cold and distant reception. Hardly acceptable to veteran and first responder, despite the sign on the wall stating respect for all veterans...no sir, I won't be coming back to this place. I'm shocked; usually, everyone in Willow Springs has been friendly and respectful...except for this establishment. Two thumbs down here. 👎👎
Every time I have been, the food was fantastic. The first few weeks after they opened, it was a little slow. Some days it still is but it's generally busy and short staffed like everything nowadays. The food is worth the wait. I had the catfish today and it was great. Breakfast is probably one of my favorite things there but the bacon cheeseburger is also at the top of the list. Willow Springs needed a new place to eat and this fit the bill nicely. The owner is super friendly and she will make sure you're taken care of. Stop by and try them out!

Waitress was nice. Place was clean and nicely decorated. My Reuben was not good. Made different than I have ever had, and I order Reubens frequently!
