Bitterroot Beanery

This is my favorite coffee place, I have been to every single coffee shop in Missoula. The coffee here tastes so authentic I don't know how else to describe it. Every time👌☕
Not to mention they might be the only coffee shop left on earth that leaves delicious chocolate covered coffee beans on top.

This is my absolute favorite coffee stop. They have so many flavors and double stamp Tuesday really gives a boost to my one free coffee! Can't beat the prices either. Their lotus variety is off the charts. I highly recommend going here for your coffee fix!! And the service is amazing. The ladies and gentlemen who work here are super friendly and speedy. Can't wait to get my next Lotus!

I always loved going to their Missoula location. Until the past month or 2. I'll go during their business hours and no one is there. Not even a sign saying they will be back. Their employees don't usually wear masks and if they do, it's incorrectly. It usually takes me TWENTY FIVE minutes to get coffee. One coffee. Even when there is only a car ahead of me. Their staff have started saying something alone the lines of "how much are you going to tip." I always always tip but it comes across so harsh. I often have to explain what basic drink I would like. I kept trying to go but I got the same service everytime. Don't go here. You'll be late to your meeting with an expensive watered down cup of coronavirus.

Speaking on behalf of the Missoula location, I absolutely love this coffee shop. The employees are amazing and super friendly every time I stop by plus the coffee is amazing. That being said due to the amazing employees that make this successful coffee shop so successful, I find it is absurd that if I have to pay with a credit card I CANNOT tip. As an employer that might be the biggest slap in the face to the people that keep your doors open!! Being honest this has detoured me from going to Bitterroot Beanery at times because I usually don’t carry cash on me and I want to be able to tip my barista. I’m writing in hopes you reconsider your tip option!! :)

This little coffee house is one of the best kept secrets in Missoula. Not only do they make great lattes but they give you a gourmet chocolate covered coffee bean on the lid. It's a great little perk that helps set them apart from everyone else. Don't pass these guys up! Another cool thing I found out... their Facebook page has specials and has an explanation for each drinks origin. Cool beans!

Got there late (for my morning pick me up) the barista said that she was closed (dang time change), but asked me what kind of coffee I wanted. My response COFFEE any kind would do. After she started making my drink she then responded that she also had closed out her till so she “bought”
me my drink. If I could give 10 stars I would. Many thanks

I've been here a couple times and will keep going. They are really nice and the coffee is fine. I really like how they leave little candies on the top of my cup, it makes me feel special.

I love your coffee. The new barista is always so sweet and nice to talk with. She makes the best mochas.
