Byrne Dairy and Deli

An easy place to get good ice cream. There is a bit of seating inside and a few wooden tables with benches outside. But most people just come get their ice cream and go. It is mainly a place well-known by locals. If you were to come by for gas you wouldn't suspect they have nice ice cream. You can get other snacks and coffee to go as well, similar to most gas stations.

Best f**cking place ever. Best flavors late night deliciousness. Thank you. Will always come back. Amazing!

I love the milk in glass, as well as the ice cream at this establishment. I also like the location in Geneseo, as well as it's size. The only reason for 4 stars is that I haven't had super amazing customer service every time I go in there.

Manager was very rude when capo machine was not working my daughter poured the little bit of water in what she thought was a drain and got her head taken off foot it. We won’t be back

Food is great but the lady taking my order was extremely rude slamed her hands on the counter out of frustration and this is my first time writing one of these. if i was being rude or had a nasty attitude I'd understand but I was just trying to place an order.

I’m from Brooklyn and there’s a certain taste you look for in your pizza and these guys have it down pat. They aren’t expensive like the other guys here in Geneseo and the customer service is great. Haven’t had a bad experience yet

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Because I go in somewhat often, many of them recognize me and it feels like a very hometown situation going on. The ice cream is good too. They give you a lot for the price!

Good prices on gas, and their ice cream is really good. They don't do soft serve after like 10, which is a drag for late night eaters. They do cheap pizza's on weekday night (monday through thursday) that are surprisingly good. Call ahead.

I have never seen such disregard for customer service. I love your products but when I stand in line almost 5 minutes for the cashier to check the man out in front of me and then have her walk off and put gloves on leaving me standing there. My options were to leave or get in the back of the long line at the other register. When I got in line there was only one cashier at the register and only two of us in line. I chose to leave my half gallon of milk. This is not my first bad experience at this store with bad rude customer service. Because of this and other bad experiences I will not be giving you my business. I will go elsewhere even I have to pay more to be treated with respect.

I love going here for ice cream but they left someone their alone who doesn’t know what their doing.. I asked for a twist I didn’t know it was going to be smushed in a bowl with the cone stuck in it.. I refused to have it because it’s not what I’m paying for. The bf felt bad and bought it even tho he hates chocolate twist and bought it And threw it away after. She said I can do it 3 more times but it’s going to come out the same I only have been here 3 months and don’t know how to work the machine?????! And the other thing we charge for a medium even though there wasn’t even enough ice cream in there to call in a medium it was more of a small
