Stewart's Shops

This Gas Station offers a fantastic selection of ice cream flavors that are definitely worth trying. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and their milkshakes are definitely worth the wait. Their Strawberry shakes are a great alternative, but the Butter Pecan flavor is my personal favorite.

Overall, I highly recommend Stewart's Shops for anyone looking for delicious ice cream treats and a friendly atmosphere.

Came here for gas and a bathroom break on our road trip. Bathrooms were disgusting- Urine and BLOOD all over the floors. Fellow customers were disrespectful and rude to us for no reason! A lady got nasty about my sister's fiance going into the bathroom before her when she wasn't even standing in line, then tried to trash talk him to my sister not realizing we were all together...? The man actively choosing to hold the door for us on our way out made a rude comment about him holding it. My guess is small-town mentality and/or tired truck drivers. Either way, bad experience and we left quickly. At least they had hot water, soap, and paper towels for hand washing. Either way, I'd have felt completely disgusted. Glad we didn't have to experience the actual customer service here, which I see from other reviews is just as appauling as the customers themselves.

Chocolate shakes were the bomb. Sweet girl made them. Clean restroom.

The store is always dirty, I guess from a lot of people coming off the thruway. My main concern is the staff. They are always grumpy and short with customers. It always seams that they could use another staff member or two. I only shop there for the icecream because of these reasons.

This place a dump and the staff treat the customers with complete disrespect. It is disgusting and appalling.

This is the Stewart's Shop in Catskill off the Thruway exit (21). This is a very busy location but they're well equipped to serve you quickly.
The store is normally clean and well kept as well as well stocked.

During the higher traffic summer months things can get out of control as this is the second busiest store in the chain, and there's a reason for that.

I went into this store today and ordered a milkshake. She mad it wrong and then didn’t even offer to remake it. Even after I was polite said thank you i got no recognition. No have a good day or you’re welcome. And the restrooms were unsanitary, looks like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Probably should be keeping up with that with this virus outbreak.

Love their ice coffee n buttered hard rolls...always good for road trips.

Nice place to go. Got picked up by police because of other issues but the store is nice lol
