I love breakfast food & this place was recommended as one of the best pancake spots in the area. We visited for the first time on a Sat morning. Place was pretty packed out, we had to wait like 10 minutes. No issue with that.
We were greeted upon arrival by the hostess. Service was good. The omelette was good and the hash browns were ok. The pancakes were not good, sadly because I was looking forward to them and they looked so good. The batter wasn't to my liking and the pancakes were dry.
The sweet tea was sweet.
Place has old Christmas decor up but I guess that's their vibe.
The manager was there walking around greeting people while they ate throughout the time we were seated but didn't speak to us. Note: Place isn't that big, really quaint.
Price was under $40 for us both.
Portion sizes are generous but flavor wasn't there for me.
This place wouldn't be on my list of recommendation for breakfast..

I would love to rate this place higher given I loved the atmosphere and seasonal decor (even staff was dressed up for Halloween!). However, we had very slow service. It took our waitress 10 mins to greet the table and about 45 minutes for our food to come after ordered. I understand being busy on a weekend but would have hoped for better. I love the menu and creativity. Still a good place if you’re looking for something local to try.

I thoroughly enjoyed my brunch here. The service was quick and the sausage and eggs tasted like I cooked them myself (after adding a little salt and pepper 😉). I had a taste for French toast and I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and flavorful it was.
I was a little thrown off by the low lighting, but once you get inside and settled it adds a cozy closeness to your party. Will definitely return and recommend 😁

First time visit today. It was a Saturday so wait was about 25 minutes which was to be expected. We got the pancakes and corned beef hash. Both were delicious! Pancakes were good and fluffy. The Corned beef hash has fresh shaved corned beef mixed with onions and hash browns (no canned stuff here) and I had mine topped with an over easy egg. Waitstaff was super busy but attentive and friendly. We did have to ask and wait for our sides that we did not receive a couple of times but she brought them fresh and hot once ready. Would recommend and would visit again.

Welcome to your Mom and Pop spot. Breakfast was good. It reminded me of a nice home cooked meal. I had the spicy pig and it was exactly what I wanted. I can't speak for Lunch, but its safe to assume it's just as good. The service can be worked on!!

Highly recommend the rum cake and pineapple upside-down cake for dessert.
Short wait (5 munutes) before we received a text that our table was ready. Unfortunately, my side of the booth had some grape jelly residue;discovered this as I left.
Ordered the patty melt with French fries and the Viva LA France.

This place is so good I love it so much I got the steak hoagie with fried okra and I’m literally obsessed with this. Definitely a mom and pop shop, hidden Easter egg of the town. Y’all need to come here if you want some good cookin even the bacon is AMAZING. Best southern food I’ve had and I’ve lived here for 13 years! Happy birthday to me !! 💕💕

Wait staff was excellent. Hostess was friendly and sat us quickly. We were immediately approached by a waitress who took our order. The waitress was friendly and quickly returned with our drink order. As this was my first time here I ordered several items; pancakes,
sausages, bacon, hash browns, corn beef hash, sausage gravy, and eggs. The food was very good. I really enjoyed the pancakes best. However, the coffee was not good, and the sausage gravy lacked spices. This is definitely a place to out on your list of places to eat breakfast .
