Biggby Coffee West Chester

Great coffee, but drive through cashier asking for a tip makes for an awkward exchange. Being able to spend $10 on coffee and muffin In the morning is a luxury that many people can't afford, even without a tip. I understand tipping waiters, valet, and delivery drivers but tipping for coffee at a drive through is ridiclous. The whole point of a drive through is its suppose to be quick and cheap. I'll start trying other places in the area for coffee until this place stops looking for a cash grab.

Staff is quick and friendly. Food is great and coffee is absolutely phenomenal. Way better than the burnt water taste of other chains. Their creme freezes are fantastic and Unique! By far my favorite quick pick for breakfast and coffee

Its a new and affordable coffee, they have different options that are plant based and tasty. The inside is modern and the vibe is vert welcoming. You even have a little small zone where you can chill if you just want to be alone.

Had a really rude experience. I asked to get my coffee remade because I wanted iced and the lady was rude. Stating to me, with a side eye, “you didn’t ask for iced but ok.” Then went to her coworker “she wanted ICED.” In a mocking tone and her coworker asking which lady and her pointing at me saying “That freakin woman” and when I confronted her about making fun of me and why she was mocking me she claimed she was just “joking around” with her coworker “we’re like brother and sister, we weren’t making fun of you” and cackling at me. I don’t think making fun of someone in front of them at my expense is a joke, especially when you make it very obvious that I can hear it. The “coffee”they gave me that they “fixed” was literally only a cup of milk and a pump of Coconut.

Hm...sucks writing this place off because of one person(blonde girl with glasses) because the manager there (guy with the beard) is so awesome.
She really shouldn't be at the cash register, she has a very sarcastic and rude personality which isn't good for a business that makes revenue directly from interaction with customers.

The coffee is made fresh to order, the food is delicious, and the staff is fantastic. I've never had a bad experience with Biggby.

This was our first experience with Biggby Coffee and it rocked! The staff members were very friendly and pretty quick with getting our orders completed. The coffee choices were tasty and we loved our sandwiches! We went with some friends and got to enjoy sitting in a nice private corner to enjoy our sandwiches and coffees. Can't wait to come back!

The West Chester Biggby Coffee location always impresses. I went towards their grand opening and the staff was super friendly and food and drinks delicious. It's nice to see them supporting community initiatives. I don't live close to this location but finding myself going out of my way just for the bragels and friendly faces. :)

Had an amazing experience at the WC Biggby location. The team did a great job accommodating me when I made numerous changes to my order. The team was super friendly and caring. They also offered me a pup cup for my dog and the drinks tasted great. Lots of sugar free syrup options. 100% customer service. Great rewards program. I’m definitely coming back. 😊
