This location is fantastic. The inside decorations/wall art/chairs are all themed and it is done very well. Both my kids love going there (so do I).
The prices for sno cones are good and the options of flavors is massive.

They also use a good sno machine, so the ice is very soft and absorbs the flavors well. Fantastic texture.

They do have "sugar free" options, but keep in mind that the sugar free mixture makes the ice clump up/harden, which makes the sugar free versions a bit less enjoyable on a texture level.

Otherwise, it is a fantastic place with a great atmosphere. It even has a separate, lounge, area where the lights are lower and is great for doing some homework or general laptop stuff.

Would highly recommend.

Such a surprise! The aesthetic was really well done. I got a latte, and it was a good latte.

Great snowcones with the perfect ice consistency and lots of unique flavors. I love the toasted coconut or cake batter with cream. Nice atmosphere and good amount of seating.

Not sure what people are seeing in this place. I’ve been several times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve had various lattes and cold brews. They just taste off and their sweetener has a weird taste to it. And their microwaved burritos are cold. Even when I asked to heat it longer. Just not much reason for me to go here BUT to each their own.

They have a delicious coffee/tea selection and more sugar-free options than most places! The customer service is wonderful and the atmosphere is welcoming. They also serve sno cones, so, it's a one stop shop for the whole family!

Love their products
Met the owner. He’s a really positive nice guy!
Best tasting snowcones in the metro!

THE GOOD:
This place is whimsy and adorable, and their interior decorations have a definite "WOW" factor. That said, decor is not the only thing to consider when reviewing a cafe. As far as the quality of coffee goes- I'm no expert but it tastes fine to me, not overly burnt or too weak. The snow cones are the good flake kind that seems to hold syrup better and has a better texture. They do have a great variety of flavors.
THE BAD:
I have visited this cafe a few times because my first experience with the service wasn't great and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt-everybody has bad days.
Unfortunately, my subsequent visits did not improve my opinion of the service and left me feeling disappointed that this locally-owned, beautiful cafe has so much lacking. Over the 5 or 6 times I've gone the story has been the same: two to three people in the back, with the front counter service seriously lacking. It seems that they have been given instructions to preference drive-through. This has caused a cascade of issues with incorrect orders, people unsure of where to stand to get their order or to place it, and generally not being able to get the staff's attention when at the counter.
One simple, big thing they could do is hang a "order here" and "pick-up here" sign over their counter. My friend had someone cut him in line the first time we were there because he didn't know where to stand; the server didn't notice him looking at her wanting to order, and when the other group stood in the correct place, she walked up and took the entire group's order before him. The chairs, while cute, are uncomfortable and lean back too far to give back support (see photo). It's little things like this that make me suspect the owners have taken a lot of time considering the asthetics of the place and not the customer experience.

CONCLUSION:
I love locally-owned cafes in Norman and I want this one to feel like a hidden gem, and it does have a good hard product. However, until they iron out the customer experience and customer service issues, I'm not going to be recommending it to my friends and family.
I'm hopeful for this cafe though and will revisit after a few months to see if I can give them a higher rating!

You just can’t go wrong here. Cookies, coffee, sno cones, some powdered sugar donuts. Staff is just so friendly! Cute quiet room to hangout if you like. Bathrooms clean! A must stop coffee shop that tastes way better than big names.

The coffee was delicious! I got the butter bean, just the right amount sweetness and not bitter. The staff was so friendly and the whole place is inviting and cozy. I will definitely be back.

We rented the cottage in the Beanstalk for my daughters birthday party. It was a wonderful place to have it. Even though I provided refreshments, my guests loved that they could go grab a latte! Coffee was delicious too!
