Kung Fu Tea

The timings of this place are really confusing. I visited like three times recently mostly in the evenings between 5 to 6 pm and it's been closed.
I once had a Kung Fu milk tea with boba it was good, nice tea flavor. But sadly I never got the chance to buy again due to the confusing timings. I would really appreciate if you guys could update if there's hours of operation change or stick to the hours of operation you have.

Why does it say they are open 11:30 to 9? My wife got all excited just for it to be closed? CHANGE THE HOURS IF IT IS NOT CORRECT!! Drove all the way up here for nothing. Ridiculous

Ordered two drinks, they were the correct items but wrong sweetness level and ice amount(they ask how much you want). This is the only boba shop that has messed this up for me.

I love Kung Fue tea, their flavors and actual boba are great. However, this location is NEVER open. They never post on any social media to show what their hours are or when they are closed unexpectedly. Please have consistent hours are at least post when you will be closed!

I never received my order. When I went to pick it up, the store was closed despite being within the hours of operation. I tried calling their phone number for over a week to ask for a refund, and I still have not gotten any refunds nor anyone who will even pick up the phone. When I did order before this, they wouldn't have the ingredients to make my requested drink half of the time. Just go to another boba place, this is a waste of time.

Bad points:
- runs out of boba
- drinks are very sweet and might not be accurately made

Came in at around 7:30PM and they were out of boba...so we had no choice but to have replacement toppings. Ordered thai tea as it's usually a safe choice, but it was not the iconic orange color and it definitely did not taste like Thai tea. They said that maybe there was more milk in it, but I think differently...

What was good was the interior and vibe. Good place to take pictures, and there are also board games :)

I've been by here at least half a dozen times in the past couple of months at various times ( noon on a saturday was the most recent) and they have not been open. Would love to see this place open again

Hilariously overpriced and oversweetened, 3 drinks cost around 20 dollars which is very unlike most traditional boba places. The staff was friendly but felt like they barely understood their own menu with how many of the same questions were asked for our order. The Matcha clearly hadn't been stirred and airated properly, bitter and powdery/chunky. Disappointing.

This place should just be called F You Tea. That's the way they make you feel. They're never open during posted hours and constantly out of things.

I love bubble tea and the environment of kung fu tea, so I hate to leave a negative review.

Still, I ordered online around 3pm Jan 11th., and, thanks to a free promotion, my order for two drinks was only $7.83! Great! What wasn't so great was that, despite flashing the "Open" light, the store was locked and no one was answering the phones.

I understand that sometimes you have to step out, but could a sign have been posted or the store been temporarily closed?

Anyways, I had to leave town and didn't have time to wait. It was disappointing, but no problem. I could get my money back. So, after about 4 calls over an hour and a half, someone answered and let me know they would return my money and promotion. Woohoo!

A week and a half later and nothing yet. If I could get my money back for an order unfulfilled, I'd be happy to change this review. I know $7 isn't much, but it was money charged for services unfulfilled. My mom was pumped for the tea too, so it was all around disappointing.

Old Review* Such a nice place. Decently priced, but even better, everyone was very kind and very helpful!! Workers suggested the passionfruit green tea and it is perfect! Thanks y'all!
