A nice coffee shop inside of a food hall. I was a fan of the cardamom tea. It was a unique option for the non coffee drinkers and it was pretty good. The staff was really cool, the line gets pretty long because this is a popular place but the wait time for drinks isn't bad. I would definitely go back to try some of the other drinks they offer.
A deliver driver was blocking the exit of a roundabout at that location .causing traffic to back up very unprofessional especially with tons of open parking spaces right there. Just steps away!!!.
Google said they were open until 5 PM; I arrived at exactly 3 PM and patiently waited in line behind another customer until it was my turn only to then be told by the barista that she had shut down the machine. When I asked about their closing hours she told me it was 3 PM due to labor shortages. Well, I understand that but can't businesses update Google with this information? I admit I do not know anything about this process. But my real critique is that the customer before me got her coffee and I know the barista saw me there. She could have done any number of things like 1) just making one more drink before shutting off the machine, 2) informing me she was closing but would make an exception (and I would have tipped her generously), or, at the very least 3) told me they were closed so I didn't waste my time waiting in line. I've made espresso - even if she had flipped the power switch the machine was still warm and flipping it back on for one more drink wouldn't have made a difference. She definitely hadn't begun cleaning/wiping it down. Nevertheless, if the labor shortages really are that bad it's hard for me to blame Thump. And I still love their coffee (I buy Storm King biweekly). And I love the staff at their main location. I simply will not be returning to this satellite location. So one or two stars for that experience but I'll bump it up to three to give them the benefit of the doubt that I just got unlucky this time.

Well, the Thump kids at it again, and yes, the new digs are pretty awesome. Just ask for it, they got it! Enjoy
