Bagel Tree Cafe & Bakeshop

Very local, authentic bagel shop. Super busy in the morning for breakfast. The western omelet bagel is extremely delicious! They also have a bagel tree in the cafe! Just like it’s name… bubble tea is a new item in the menu.

I ordered a Cheddar bagel with regular cream cheese toasted. I don't know what the heck kind of cream cheese is on this but it is disgusting. And now I don't even have enough time to go back to even fix it before I have to start work. On top of all of that I called 17 times in a row and not once was the phone answered. Very disipointed.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about bagel tree. It's one of my all time favorite spots for smiling faces, friendly service, and amazing food. They have so many choices and although they often run out of flavors of Bagels they work hard to make and cook then as fast as they can while not sacrificing wonderful service.

I love this place! Food is always good and all the ladies are nice. However, they recently hired a new staff member and she is not pleasant. I’ve had numerous encounters now with her where she makes the food incorrectly which I’m never one to complain about. The reason I’m complaining is because she is VERY rude to customers and was in front of customers being rude to the other staff member. Her attitude was so bad it made me want to get out of there as soon as possible.

If you're from the area, you should already know these are the best bagels you can find anywhere, but if you don't already know that, you're in for a treat! Always delectable, you're going to ruin every other bagel you ever had or will have, because these are legitimately the best.

Horrible staff, they need to get it together, I've seen staff yell at other staffing members to the point that they cry, the prices are inconsistent, one day a bagel is 2.50 when another day its 5.50. The staff doesn't know how to make the drinks on the menu, they either need to take it off the menu or train properly. They are awful and never feels like a warm welcoming experience when I've gone in to this dumpster fire of a place.

Food is delicious but the b**** behind the counter with her teeth missing can’t make stuff right. Came back in for a remake for it to be messed up again. Her attitude is HORRIBLE and DISGUSTING. She’s not made for a customer service job. Once I get my stuff made right and something is done about her, I would possibly pull my review or raise it a couple stars. But as of now, I would not recommend going there while she is there. Unless you like your customer service served up with an extra side of bad attitude.

It's an ok bagel with cream cheese. Nothing amazing, but not bad either.

Delicious food! Very mom & pop atmosphere, very helpful staff, not a ton of sugar free options but they'll help you figure it out! Bagels are amazing! My family really enjoyed it. 😊
