Super easy review. The donuts were perfect for yeast donuts they were soft and fluffy and still
fresh at the end of business day. Very impressive. The latte was good. The place is super cute l, they have games and plants and it’s cozy. The restrooms were clean and the employees were very friendly even tho we showed up 10 min before closing. A must if you love a good donut. Oh and the prices are on point. Not outrageous.

This is wonderfully quaint donut shop gives off a humble, modern coffee shop vibe. The staff are very friendly, the donuts are very fresh and delicious, and the breakfast sandwiches will fill you up. There's a few "fancy" donut shops in the area who try too hard to make their donuts special (and over priced) but miss basic fundamentals. Donuts don't need to be special. They just need to be fresh, taste good, and full of flavor. DonutMakes nailed it.

First visit today, and it definitely won't be the last. Excellent donuts; great service; incredibly nice (gracious, friendly & helpful) owner, Rathana. They have a fairly small selection of donut flavors, but they all taste fresh and are oh so delicious! The Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant sandwich is my favorite. They are open daily from 6:00AM to 1:00PM. Store is located at the very end of Grandview Drive -- a little hard to spot right now because they don't have all the signage up yet. Find it though -- well worth it!

OMG!!!! SO GOOD!!!!! BEST DONUT PLACE EVER!!! yes I said it!!! BEST DONUT PLACE EVER!!!! From the outside being so clean to walking inside and being welcomed with such a warm atmosphere by the owner!!! The vibe is very laid-back and super cute in side!! The Donuts are huge and fluffy and when talking with the owner every thing is made from scratch and love!! Could definitely tell how passionate the people are here!!! Definitely going back!!!

Their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was the best I’ve had. Donuts were light and fluffy, not too sweet. Simply perfect. Definitely found my new go to place!

Mr. Ratana (he told me twice and I think I still misspelled it) and Ms. Ann have a hidden gem here! Trying to find it was a bit rough as it is in the end unit of a building and is a bit away from the main thorough fare but there's a small sign at the street pointing to it.

Once you walk in you'll be greeted by freshly trimmed plants and a team of people bringing you some of the best doughnuts I've ever had at a price well worth admission.

Three tiers of sweetness: powdered, glazed, and for the sweet tooth having readers, the criss-cross. We got a dozen of mixed varieties and prior to this review, we demolished a chocolate criss-cross, 2 glazed, and a blue (vanilla flavored) frosted with sprinkles.

These doughnuts aren't terribly sweet, were thick and slightly chewy similar to brands found in the NE U.S, and are absolutely delicious. Part of the allure to these glazed and blue frosted is that they are single glazed unlike other places that glaze and glaze to hide mediocre doughnuts. The chocolate criss-cross was admittedly too much for even my strong love for sweetness.

Ms. Ann's story of how they decided on this city and this building are nothing short of inspirational and we look forward to the next time we get to cross paths with this team.

(As an aside since I didn't try them)

I was told the breakfast sandwich, which is why we came here, was delicious and the iced caramel latte was better than dedicated coffee shops such as "skcubratS"

The donuts were fluffy & fresh and the croissant sandwich was delicious!! Such a nice atmosphere to hang out in too. Highly recommend

Staff are above and beyond friendly. Very clean inside. The donuts are great. They are very fresh and fluffy not heavy like some other donut shops. Highly recommend a breakfast sandwich also!

Awesome donuts holes and donuts! Fresh and fresh tasting with a distinctive mild yeast cake bread taste! Stellar and those were the complimentary donuts holes. You see these donuts and I haven't even tried 'em yet! Great job! Thanks!
