A nice looking coffee spot that remains open until 8 pm! They have many tables inside and even in the outside. It was pretty much empty when I visited around 5:30 pm in the evening. They are new in town, so I guess still no buzz and hence no traffic! I ordered my iced mocha and it was right on the spot! The coffee was seriously great- the quality of coffee, chocolate and the amount of sweetness, everything was just perfect. I loved it. The beignets were good- hot and fresh from kitchen, perfectly golden and crispy, with a pile of icing sugar. Everything was great- I wish them to have a few more options to eat ( sweet baked goodies, or, something savoury) . I will go back soon for coffee.

A very classy atmosphere that I was drawn in by immediately. The staff/barista were both friendly and quick, with both of them engaging in friendly conversation and the barista that made my drink took less than four minutes to make it. I bought a "Cinnamon Blondie" and am very pleased. The best part of this is that they're open fairly late, I'm enjoying this very nice drink while watching the sunset. Will certainly be back again to enjoy another drink and try the beignets.

Friendly staff and awesome fresh beignets. They come piled with powdered sugar. Recommend the cinnamon dipping sauce. Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely best beignets I've ever had!!! Coffee is delicious, the staff is so kind, and the space is beautiful. This place is a MUST!!

The Beignets were awesome but had to wait 20 minutes for them and ended up having them to go. Was an OK experience. If they specialize in Beignets then I think they should not take that long and have them continually rotating but they were excellent, especially with the sauce!!

Pros: The restaurant looks great! Perfect atmosphere. The beignets are legit. Born and raised in NOLA, raised on beignets. I was just in N O and had terrible beignets. Mo Bay had perfect beignets; good sized, light crisp on the outside and ever so slightly chewy on the inside. They powder them for you but they did a good job. They came out hot and fresh. Looked great, tasted great! The cashier was very nice. The coffee was good.
Cons: I understand that you just opened and so I give these criticisms with that understanding and I look forward to amending my review to 5 stars. However, long line that moved slowly. The beignets took 15 minutes and the cafe au lait took 20! You can keep customers waiting for beignets IF they have coffee to enjoy while they wait. Maybe your coffee is special, but it’s hard to imagine that it takes 5 minutes longer than the beignets. But we sat at a table for 15 minutes with nothing. NOLA beignet shops give you a small glass or cup of water for while you. You sell bottled water. That’s probably a reasonable thing to do in Mobile because coastal water isn’t the best, but our tap water is better than bottled water so a water dispenser would be nice. Coffee comes in paper cups. I’m always going to want a mug. I’ll pay more if necessary. It would be great if you gave the patrons a number tent or something so we know that you haven’t forgotten about us and so the wait staff don’t need to yell our names twice.
So very glad you’re here! I’ll be back!

Everthing is made fresh to order! Very laid back and welcoming vibe. Drinks and beignets are great. Try the beignet latte, it's sweet and goes great with the food. Great WiFi for remote work too. Will definitely be back again and again.

Beautiful place with awesome beignets. So glad to have somewhere to find them locally without having to drive to the coast. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

We got just the powdered sugar beignets, like those in N.O. I got coffee and chickory, she got a flavored coffee. Had we shut our eyes, we could almost hear the boat whistles on the river, without the 400 mile drive. Definitely due return visits, but look up when looking for it - it's above those around it.

Chaotic on a Sat to say the least. Ordered an iced latte which at this location is kirkland milk and a splash of syrup. Save your $4. Oh and they lost my order and said they called my name but i was standing at the counter the whole time. Not coming here again. If i could leave negative stars I would. Also, funny you had time to respond to my review when you should have been filling my order.
