The Bagel Shop to go

The staff is awfully rude. Especially the older lady with curly hair that usually wears a bun. She is very rude and spends more time on her phone than doing her job. The bagels are good but with that kind of service it’s not worth it.

Do not expect anyone to be In their little hut until 8 on the dot or even after. The associate arrived 10 minutes before 8 and waited in their car instead of prepping everything to start at their posted opening time of 8am. This is the kind of laziness that never brings clientele back.

2nd time I try to get coffee from tjis place. First time, I arrived at 12:50 on a Saturday and they said they were already closed even though the sign says they close at 1 pm. Today they couldn't serve me coffee because they didnt have change to give me cash back

I thought I’ve give this local business a try instead of going to the usual Einstein Bagels shop. Unfortunately for my experience, the staff person that help me and my sister was not friendly. The person didn’t even cared to offer popular choices since we did mention we have never been to this bagel place. Don’t know if she was having a ruff morning but come on that’s not my fault for the cares less and rude attitude. 😵‍💫

My favorite place in el paso for breakfast bagels. I'm so happy this new location is so conveniently placed. Their service is awesome and their food always tastes so fresh!

It’s a good place but recently everytime I come they are closed. They need to update their hours if they are not going to stick with 7a-2p. Anytime I try to come early in the morning they are not open till 10 and they keep closing early. Like today there is someone in there and they just told me they were closed already but it’s only 1p a whole other hour till they are supposed to close. I hope who ever is in charge can fix that. Thanks best time to go so you catch there opening hours is 11-12. The only reason I come is cause it tastes good, but customer service also sucks here. People who are working can tell they don’t want to work there. Anytime I want to add to my order or change it I get the eye roll. Or they don’t want to make what I order and just say they are out and I can clearly see they are not.

Bagels are good but the drinks are a rip off. Small and large are practically the same and it was majority ice.

Fast as bagel sandwiches could realistically be made. Tasty! One tip: they need to add cheddar cheese to their list.

I decided to try The Bagel Shop To Go in order to support local instead of going to Einstein’s Bagels as my fiancée had originally wanted. While the staff was friendly and the drive thru was quick, the bagels tasted stale, lacked enough toppings for the sandwich, and just didn’t taste good. I was also surprised to find that the breakfast bagel sandwiches didn’t come with cream cheese. I had to add my own at home. I missed that part on the menu. The only reason for the second star was because the cold brew was pretty good at least.
