Unassuming burger joint hidden behind another building.
We found ourselves there pass from corpus to Laredo.

To my surprise the food was exceptionally cheap compared to what I’ve seen i’m most cities. But more surprising than that... the shear quantity and quality. Usually places tend to compromise one for the other, but here... The burgers were delicious (standard home town burger style), thick and generous on the meat. Overall, very friendly, relativity clean, for a Small town burger joint. 10:10 would recommend if you happen to be passing through

Hidden little gem in Freer. Chicken fried steak was spot on. A must stop if you are driving by and hungry. The salad bar is simple but satisfying. The vanilla pudding topped me off.

Love, love, love small town breakfast restaurants. This one was no exception. Great Spanish omelets for sure. Homemade Ranchero sauce was the bomb! Waitress was perfect, attentive but not intrusive. The place was clean and super kitsch. I really liked it.

The breakfast is amazing. It really tastes like I’m eating a home cooked meal made by my mom or grandma. The food is made fresh and custom to your taste. I had one small issue with the waitress bringing me the wrong food and then claiming I ordered it and not what I actually ordered but it wasn’t a big deal since other waitresses corrected it since they heard me when I placed the order. I also have had dinner here and it was above average. Will continue eating here at least 2-3 times a week.

I was so hungry that day and it was hot outside. Everyone was so friendly, I suggest this place if you are driving through. Amazing people and that Burger was so big I almost broke my jaw smiling ;) Yummmm. Thanks again and for a small town like Freer its the hospitality I fell in love with. Thank You Ma'am's and Sir's :) I tipped more than my bill but it was worth it for the great experience. God Bless :)

Very slow service and I did not care for my food. I would not go back. Everyone's food was served at different times. It was not brought out at the same time.

I remember the Liberty of old in the double-wide and always packed! New Liberty is more spacious and open. On/off return customer when in Freer for hunting over many years. Food is always filling and good! Hamburger Steak, Hamburgers are huge. Never disappointed with food choices.

Fast and friendly service. Large portions of food that taste great. Great prices for both the quality and quantity of the food.

I always call them for to go lunch orders for the crew of around 15 guys when we are working anywhere close to town. The meals are always delicious and have plenty portions for the men. The guys always love the hamburger steak meal. They pack them in boxes and are still hot when they get to location normally about 45mins away.
