An enjoyable experience for just getting tea. The product is tasty and fun with 'bubbles' in their teas. Very fast and friendly. Cody and Madison were super helpful and happy to serve us. It was a pleasant place to visit. Would recommend 10/10

We stopped by the Kerrville location of The Bubble Tea Factory this afternoon and it's a great new place to quench your thirst and stay cool and sit on their cool retro car bumper/sofa I couldn't resist I had to get a picture of my daughter but she wouldn't comply so she took my picture instead! The drinks were delicious and chocolate chip cookie dough cups. Brad the owner and Brody worked the counter Great Customer Service, drinks & ambiance!!!

Staff are the best and the nicest people you'll meet, the area is super clean, the food and drinks are delicious, and its just over all nice to be there. I recommend going to this place to hang out with friends or just get something good to snack on!!

Me and my wife go there at least three times a week I really enjoy the people that work there the environment that they have going on and I just absolutely love their tea and I recommend anybody to try their favorite flavors and turn it into a tea smoothie it is so good

It's Uber adorbs! I got the iced coffee with cream, sweetener and a bonus expresso shot whew! I had power for the day. And I tried the mac&cheese bites. Yummy!

So good! New fav sister date spot 🥰 the line is definitely long but when you get cute drinks like this, it's worth the wait! Staff was sweet and super quick. Taro smoothie for the win! 🙌🏻 decor and music selection is also top notch 👌🏻
