Cold Smoke San Angelo

My first time here was to meet with a book club. I couldn't find many pics online to get an idea of seating options before I arrived but it was an ideal spot!
Everyone in the group enjoyed their drinks and the huge, fresh cookies are what will be calling me back. It does open up to the store next door which actually added to the likeability.
I would love if it stayed open later in the evenings.

Definitely a must! Our first time here and we absolutely LOVED it! Very friendly and helpful staff when it came to figuring out what to order. Delicious coffee and a Red Bull refresher along with a chocolate chip cookie. Very comfortable seating. Could spend hours here. Can’t wait to come back.

What a lovely place! Really recommend coming here with a group or by yourself. There is a ton of comfy seating. The coffee is good, try the drunken moose! And there is even a great little shop attached.

Fantastic atmosphere good style the place you can bringing your. Family. And ladies can buy and do some shopping on diferentes. Kinda products. souvenirs and other item’s

We waited 20 minute for a drip brew coffee. 25 minutes for my white mocha and 30 minutes for our breakfast sandwiches.After the wait, I received the breakfast sandwich and was really disappointed. It was dry and had 2 of the thinnest pieces of dry cheap Land O Lake turkey, and crusty hard cheese from being microwaved way too long.

Update: Got about halfway done with my sandwich and it just had an odd flavor. I peeled away a small piece of turkey and tasted it. It was not fresh and definitely turning bad. I informed one of the workers and was told” What do you want me to do about it, we are busy”. to which I told her she needs to check the meat and make sure they’re not serving spoiled food to customers, she just kept repeating what am I supposed to do and never checked. After reading some of the other reviews about employees it is clear there is a real management issue at this restaurant. $20 wasted hopefully I don’t get sick!

Great coffee place! The atmosphere is amazing, makes you feel like you're in Ruidoso! Lots of coffee options to choose from, I got the drip coffee as all of their specialty drinks are on the sweet side. Food was great! Employees were friendly! Can't go wrong with this place! Give it a try if you haven't done so already. It is also attached to a little boutique-feeling store that has a little bit of everything for gifts, presents, etc.

I am not the kind of person to leave a negative review. The atmosphere is nice. Drinks are tasty. The staff is absolutely negligent. Unbelievable. Chatting to their friends and on the phone without as much as a simple glance of acknowledgement. Literally three people on staff and the only people in line and they can't be bothered. If management cares to read these please do something.

I’ve been twice now and it’s pretty good. I got a sweet treat each time and it’s good!

I’ve had friends get me a drink from here a bunch too. Sometimes the drinks taste watered down despite just getting it right after it was made. Not sure what’s happening there but all in all they’re not bad.

This coffee shop has a cozy, industrial vibe with a great selection of coffee and tea. They have plenty of outlets for studying, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a productive and comfortable workspace.

Poor service. Went in with 6 min before closing knowing exactly what I wanted and the worker said and I quote…”we close in 5 min” and just looked at me awkwardly. Cool, but you are still open. Granted I know they were closing but the staff could have been nicer. On top of that, you stop serving and lock the doors at that your closing time. As a business, You finish serving everyone in the building then close prior to just looking at them awkwardly and being rude.
