The place itself looks really nice and clean, but the lady who worked there this morning is so rude and shouldn’t be in hospitality business if she is going to be that rude towards customers. I politely asked her where should I order because I did not see the counter and she just told me to go use the computer by the door. There is 3 doors and entrances there, and I asked her to point me where and all she said is go to the main entrance without even looking at me while talking. I don’t like complaining about people who work in this industry, because I myself am one of them, but she should know better because this kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable.

They’re not big on honoring business hours. Absolutely no one there at 6:45 this morning.

Great coffee, great people working at the Alamo Plaza Coffee shop!! Elija was excellent...makes a great cup of coffee and fun to char with. Plus it's located in the Historical Crockett Hotel, a beautiful place to stay.

Great place to land and get ready for the day before a conference across the street at the sleepy Menger which is not yet rolling out the coffee. Located on the side of the Crocket Hotel. Very cool. Very nice and clean. Friendly Starbucks Barista. All very good. I recommend.

Personally, it was not a great experience. The espresso machine was broken and so I paid five bucks for a brewed coffee that I could have made up in my hotel room. Also, none of their food items were on display. That said, the barista was very kind and accommodating.
