ABC Boba Tea & Smoothie

Had an amazing experience today. I got the Thai tea with honey boba and my son got the vanilla tea with strawberry jelly and it was so good. The macarons were good too. Remind me of when we lived in Hawaii. Legit real Thai tea. Loved it. Idk what the other reviewers were going on about, the service was great to me. Nice ppl.

Absolutely fantastic! Their boba tea is amazing! They have such a diverse variety of flavors and top notch mochi! My new favorite boba tea place for sure! Can't go wrong with the boba smoothie, they really nailed the flavor profiles and captured the true essence of what boba tea is about. The dinning atmosphere is very opening and inviting. Just the perfect escape to enjoy a lovely day! Will be going back soon!

Went there and asked if they could make the same thing as Kobee tea and the lady was rude and said no we family owed. No one was talking to her and that wasn’t the question I asked the gentleman that was taking our order. When the buzzer went off my 2 year old daughter was holding it and she snatched it out her hand like it’s not her problem you have an attitude smh. First time trying them and the last time spending my money they’re rude as heck.

This place used to be good. We went and they put the boba in hot in the slushie and it made the milk tea separate from the ice. It was very nasty. They didnt let the boba cool down enough. The balls were also way overcooked and soggy. Employees weren't that friendly either. They were all sitting on their phones.

Also, the lid broke open on accident from my mother pushing too hard on her straw and they wouldn't reseal it for her.

I love this boba shop because it is always honest with their boba choices when I ask for what one taste like -they give me a sample! -definitely recommend .

The cashier was very rude. This was my first time here, she was not helpful when I was trying to order bona tea. I was unclear on what I was ordering and was very short tempered. I just moved to the area but I will drive to Dallas for my Boba tea.

Updating this as of 9/12/2021. One of the ladies who works there was yelling and berating her son who maybe was 8-10 years old & threatening him that she'll take him to his father. So sad to witness how embarrassed he was. We won't be back!
First of all, the drinks are great, but the service is awful. Not welcoming at all! Also the place has a bit of a funky smell to it.

Good tea, but weird consistency boba, & hella bad vibes. I feel like I’m bothering them by giving them business and I’m not sure why.
Super unwelcoming and rude behavior from one cashier in particular.

I’ve gone in a couple of times this year and the staff is much better. I’ll raise my rating of this tea shop now. I want to say the shop has games and stuff to use while you have a tea which is nice!

Tip - if Boba is too sweet, you can always ask for it 25% or 50% sweet!

Flavors are lackluster (especially the Thai Milk Tea), location dirty and service terrible. If you share with them that the tea tastes like colored water, they'll refuse to remake, then "try to refund" to then tell you they cannot do so because of internet issue all while blasting you to the entire customer group, while scolding you.
Stick with a ShareTea!!!
