Great coffee selection, there many options for lattes, mochas, and teas are all great. I had for three days in a row their different type of lattes combinations and all of them were super! Great spot for vegans and vegetarians.

Very friendly, fast service, convenient location. Parking was ample, though I was there at the beginning of the winter season. I only got an Americano, but it was one of the best I've had - better than that mermaid place.

I was craving a Belgian waffle and this place came up on a search. I ordered 2 waffles and a glass of milk. My milk came right away. I waited for a half an hour for the waffles and they never came. I asked for an update and they had forgotten my order.

The waffles came after that but then they didn't have any forks, only soup spoons. I didn't want to eat my waffle with a soup spoon so I asked for a box and ate it at home with a fork. I live nearby locally but I don't think I will come back.

Excellent coffee and avo toast! I had the lemon Carmel latte and it was really unique but tasty. My husband loved their dirty chai. Can’t beat the view either!

Awesome menu, tasty lattes, great vibe - unfortunately customer service was pretty miserable. As the only customers, we appeared to disrupt her social media scrolling and nail tapping by placing a coffee order.

Coffee was really good. We rented bikes here they were perfect!
