Hot Java Cafe, Drive Thru

I feel really taken care of at this coffee shop! The food is always fresh and made to order, and the barista and owner are incredibly nice and accommodating. I'm always impressed with how quickly my food and drinks come out, and they're always super satisfying. The natural lighting from the big windows, along with the comfy chairs and even a rocking chair, make for a cozy atmosphere. Plus, they have board games and even accommodations for little kiddos! This place is a real gem and I think every coffee shop should aspire to this level of hominess. It's a must-stop!

I love this place so much. The owner is such a sweet woman and her staff is top tier. They are all so personable and kind! There is great discounts daily and even better ones for military members. I leave WA next month and my wife and I are going to miss it so much!!!

Coffee was absolutely amazing and the staff were the absolute best. We just swung by on our way back to Oregon but will absolutely make it a point to come back. A brief but beyond lovely experience

Very cute place. Visited from Colorado. The women working were very sweet and hospitable. The amount of food you get for the price is incredible, and there is a ton variety for coffee and other drinks. Highly recommend stopping here.

Picked up some of my favorite white coffee this morning... this is one of the few breakfast places in Bremerton! Not many around other than McDonalds yuck! We chose the PSNW burrito and the Farmers burrito so good! The owner was so friendly and nice! Highly recommended ❤️ support small businesses!! So yummy!

Incredibly cheerful people working this morning. Little did they know this was my wife's and my first morning after moving here. The caprese bagel changed my wife's world and the PNW dipped in sour cream will speak to your soul. Tell Mia the dog you love her if you come in and see her (she's scared of men, but just tell her you love her from a distance because she loves you, too). Rock 'em, Sock 'em Robots on the coffee table begs to be used. Great vibes, incredible food, awesome people. Will be back again and again and again.

Excellent service from a fun coffee shop. Clean and inviting there is a little something for everyone. Large selection of drinks from coffee, beer, and wine. Food menu has several different breakfast/brunch items with fresh baked goods too. Lots of seating and centrally located. Prices were fair. I'll go here anytime I'm in town.

An excellent breakfast sandwich that was definitely made with a lot of love. The smokestack has it ALL and can easily be shared between 2 people. The biscuits and gravy are made from scratch and super tasty. The coffee is good and they are great about customizing it as you like it. I would highly recommend this place. It has a drive thru and dine in option. Go inside if you can and check out the cute custom tables.

Over the past few weeks I've stopped in there to try a few items. I've gotten-

The breakfast sandwich- yummy basic sandwich. They packaged it special for my son so he could eat on the road.

The bagle with Lox - DELICIOUS! I got it on an everything bagel and wouldn't recommend it. Stick with the plan bagel otherwise it was too salty. It was packaged with care and had papers between the bagel sides so nothing was messy. The smoked salmon melted in your month 😋 😍 was the most expensive item I tried but so worth the price.

Now this is what really keeps me coming back...their BISCUITS AND GRAVY ARE BOMB! Best I've had in kitsap. Its made from scratch everyday. They use bacon and pork sausage. It reminds me of the gravy I got in Mississippi. So flavorful and thick. Not that runny stuff you normally get. If nothing else, try the biscuits and gravy.

Now the downside... the coffee is ok at best. The shots taste expired or burnt :( yes, I talked with the batista and it didn't change the quality. Everything else has been delicious and the quality is on point.

Today we decided to go somewhere new and what an experience! We pulled up and got the nicest interaction we have ever had with a barista stand, felt like family! They treated our puppy with so much love and with treats! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service we had today. And the COFFEE is amazing tastes so pure, and they made the best coffee I’ve ever had, not only that it gets better, the breakfast!!!!!! Don’t walk, run for this place. You will not be disappointed at all. Definitely made our day! Thank you for being so so amazing can’t wait to come back!!!!
