Woods Coffee

I went to woods on 9/20 and asked for extra whipped cream. The workers looked at me as if I had done a crime. I was very apologetic and I tipped five dollars because of how bad I felt for even asking for anything really (usually after tipping the person receiving the $ would say thank you at the least). After I had gotten my drink, extra whip and my daughters hot cocoa the worker slammed the sliding door on me. I mean, how rude?! I was there on 9/19 and the same worker didn’t do that before!?!
A couple months prior i had went in cause I thought it’d be faster but I had waited 25 minutes for a cup of coffee. So I refused to go for a long time. Now, with the recent incident I don’t plan on ever going back. It’s sad cause it’s good coffee but terrible employees with lack of respect and patients. Thanks Edmonds woods coffee very “Christian” like.

I love their coffee and pastries! I also have had a great experience with the staff several times. They are friendly and caring and provide excellent service. The seating area is large and comfortable. Highly recommend

Great coffee! Great food. Lots of seating and great customer service. I am happy knowing that The Woods Coffee is growing in the Seattle area. Best recommendations are the breakfast burrito, the mocha and cold brew drinks. It is worth coming here and supporting a growing local Washington Brand!

ive been here twice, and both times were great! the coffee is really good, but the reason i wanted to write a review was how kind the people are! they were so generous and nice, they all deserve raises! i will definitely be coming back here because of how nice and cool they were :)

Chill atmosphere and my friend really enjoyed the croissant breakfast sandwich. I’d like to give a special thank you to Ava who made my day. I was having a really rough morning and I was having a hard time deciding what to get. Ava patiently helped me and when I went to pay, I had only brought my phone in. I asked if they had Apple Pay and they didn’t. Ava then said she would compensate my order. I really appreciated that. Thank you!

Really great coffee shop with personal service and quality flavor. I've enjoyed more drinks than food, but the ambience is great for meeting someone or small groups. Lots of seating options and not overly loud from sounds bouncing.

One of my regular spots. Coffee is always good, the service is amazing! The staff are so friendly and very accommodating and the atmosphere feels like a cozy lodge!

Fantastic drinks, well made in a great environment, coworkers were friendly and welcoming despite me coming in 20 minutes before closing they were very accepting and understanding, I would rate higher than five stars if I could and I can't imagine anything that would make this experience any better

Welcome to Starbucks! Used to be good with good pastries and good attitudes. Now its production junk food with 400cal of creamer 400 cal sugar DUMPED in and the displaced Californian starbucks crowd.

Went through the drive through since the sit-in space is closed due to mandated stay-at-home orders. The drive through was clean and the staff had gloves on and were sanitizing the credit cards when they handed it back.
I ordered the drink avalanche which was similar to a caramel Frappuccino. Was a tad sweet but I don’t mind. It has espresso shot, caramel and blended ice and cream. My husband ordered an iced mocha and really liked his coffee has well. Our parents were with us too and ordered a regular latte and loved it.
