Maple Street Bistro

I went to breakfast here for the first time with a group of people, and the place was great. Friendly service, good tasting food, and pleasant atmosphere. The only reason the food got a four star was a bit expensive... But you could tell it was genuine and homemade, and tasted good... so I would come back again with my wife or friend to try something else.

I haven't been here much since the pandemic and work from home thing all started as well as the new ownership, but that was obviously a mistake on my part because the coffee and baked goods are even better than I remember. The gluten free stuff is so dang good. The GF blueberry scone is to die for. Everyone can find something yummy to eat here! Their patio is super cute and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed.

Good coffee and nice staff. Tables were a bit dirty but overall good place to get coffee, shakes and a bite. Their outside sitting is cute for good weather days!

This place is super cute and fun. I have to admit I'm not a huge fan of their coffee, but I'm very specific and hard to get out of my little box. However, the people here are awesome, and they have delicious food! I've tried several things and they are always delicious.

One definitive perk is that they have old fashioned boiled bagels which are always extremely good! They also have good paninis and bagel sandwiches.

Really enjoyed this bistro! It was a snowy morning around 6 am when my partner and I decided to stop here. The warm lights were glowing and the snow sparkled around the building giving off a very welcoming vibe. The music was soft and the service was incredibly friendly. We sat next to a window and watched the snow fall while we drank our amazing espresso. I ordered the Breakfast Club and really enjoyed the textures and flavors of the sandwich including the apple sauce you put on the side! Yum!

Very good brunch food. Visiting from the east coast and the breakfast club was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had.

The only problem with this very popular bistro, is that it is very popular, and finding a table can sometimes be a challenge, especially when meeting in a group rather than only being 1-2 people. The staff kept the line moving and orders were processed efficiently. While the weather permits, their outdoor seating is delightful. The coffee was great, the food delicious, and the treats much, much too tempting.

Nicest employees and best coffee/pastries around! 😍 Their homemade pastries are fresh everyday, and even the panini bread and some coffee sauces are made from scratch! The employees are cheerful and greet each customer when they walk in and as they leave, the dining experience felt very cozy and friendly. Make sure to call ahead for large food orders and they’ll have it ready to go by the time you get there to avoid long waits!

So happy with the vegan options! Wife had the vegan cheese and sausage roll and absolutely loved it, I had the oatmeal cream pie and wish I bought all of them! Please make your vegan items a permanent part of the menu. Pricing wasn’t bad either.

One of my “go to” places for breakfast or lunch in Spokane. Great breakfast menu, tasty baked goods, and lunch. When the dining room is busy? Time to get your food to-go and enjoy a nice meal @ a park. During peak times you might not find a space in the parking lot but, plenty of parking around. The help always seems cheerful and they work hard during rush times to get your order to you in a reasonable amount of time. Only downside? They occasionally run out of select items on the menu….but, everything I’ve tried has been exceptional in its taste and quality. 👍
